Motor bensin gak boleh masuk. Jadi harus parkir di luar. Kalau pakai motor listrik boleh masuk. Tapi harus siapin etoll yah. Di dalem ada coffee shop. Jadi nunggu servis nya nyaman. Dan adem. Ada fasilitas charging juga di dalem. Dan usahain sebelum servis isi penuh batre karena biasanya disini di isi sampai penuh sebelum dikasih ke customer. Takut nanti nunggu nya jadi lama.

Such a bad experience shopping at Alva Experience Center. At first the sales said that I will get certain discount as long as I paid the booking fee that day, so I decided to pay the booking fee and book first, but when I wanted to pay the remaining amount last week, the sales said that the promo only valid till the first week of May, so I cannot get the discount, okay, but still I paid. The sales also promoted “pay in installments for 3 years” but when I brought my credit card, their EDC machine couldn’t process the payment successfully, even after multiple trials, so we decided to pay in full payment by credit card.

On delivery day, the staffs seemed in hurry, they not give enough explanation on the small equipment that they sent us, they also did not install the box for the e-bike. Before they sent the bike I requested the temporary plate number to be sent altogether with the bike, but I received none and have to wait again. This temporary plate can be done on one day only (the sales told me that before).

All in all, there were too many aspects of after sales service which could be improved. As first time buyer, I was very disappointed and sadly would not recommend the brand to my friends if this is what we’ve got after got promised so many benefits in the beginning.

Pelayanan service pertama di ALVA ONE sempat kasih Rating Bintang dari Bintang, sesudah koplain ke CS Alhamdulillah langsung bertindak cepat dalam meselesaikan masalah, meski terkadang mesti buang waktu, tenaha dan Pikiran.

Nexx semoga jadi lebih baik lagi.

Totally disappointed.
The salesperson gives a promotion, and she said I can get the promotion after we pay the booking fee without any deadline.
On the day I wanted to pay, she said I couldn't get the promotion already because it had ended last week (I didn't get any notice about this).

The next disappointment is that she said we could pay in installments with a specific credit card, but the EDC machine seems to reject all installment payments.so I have to pay the full amount. In the end, I have to pay it in full.

After that, on the day of delivery (my parents have to receive it because I'm still at work), the staff were in a hurry and didn't explain the part they sent. We asked them to help us install the box, and they rejected it (they didn't even bother to install the motorcycle box we got from them). And they didn't check the list that they have to make sure of on delivery. They asked my parents to sign the paper as soon as possible because they still have two more deliveries.

As a buyer, sadly, I wouldn't recommend the brand to others because of my experience with them.
I also noticed a bad review about the service point. Hopefully, a brand as big as ALVA will notice our review, fix its after-sales services, and commit to the benefits they offer.

New kind of sell and service center.the place is cozy and have a coffee shop too. And the service center is cool

Motor datang pukul 22: 30 apalagi itu weekday, sungguh tidak nyaman buat pelanggan.
Saya tidak tanda tangani izin publikasi foto penerimaan unit tetapi tetap di upload di IG. Mohon lebih profesional. Untuk apa dibuatkan inform consent kalau tidak dicek apakah di tanda-tangani atau tidak.

Tempat adem enak ga kepanasan. Pelayanan bagian service bagus lupa siapa namanya. Ngambil batre juga sebentar. Keluhan di catat dan dibantu cek. Ada Alva Coffee.dtng uda 15: 30 an di bilang yg bisa kopi masih otw, lah kok gituuu.alhasil pesan Ice Lemon Tea.lemon tidak berasa dan lebih ke arah tawar daripada manis.

Tempatnya luas, dealer motor berasa mobil. Bisa numpang charge motor alva baru bisa maksimal 4 motor. Ada cafe buat ngopi2 harga standard scbd hahahaha

Boleh jd pilihan nih molisnya, BQ nya oke harganya relatif terjangkau. 70km oke laah, bs test ride disini

Satu2nya masalah peralihan ke EV adalah jaminan penggunaan baterai lifetime, ada satu produsen motor EV di Nusantara ini yg sudah melakukannya, jika Alva one ikut joint jg, booming nih ALVA ONE, HonYamSuzKaw lewattt. Ayooo ALVA ONE kamu bisa

Show room nya cukup luas, ada sofa yang cukup nyaman buat ngobrol-ngobrol sama sales-nya. Tapi jalan/space untuk test ride nya memang terbatas sekali sih. Gaada polisi tidur juga buat test suspensi nya, atau jalan panjang untuk coba akselerasi maksimal. But ya fair enough lah, namanya juga di SCBD.
Katanya kedepannya juga bakal dijadikan service center sih. Kita tunggu ajaa
