Customer service atas nama BOY sangat buruk mematok harga berbeda berbicara dengan sangat tidak sopan.pecat saja.

Saya mau booking baik-baik, tapi pas pagi malah di read doang.lalu ngomongnya tidak sopan.tidak ramah 1 bintang.

Tempatnya nyaman, tidak kotor, rapih dan ramah untuk pelayanan dan managernya.

Overall good

Great place in a great location. Not too crowded even though its sunday night. My only complaint is the gap between tables could use more space, but overall the place is pretty okay. The drinks are overpriced though.

Good place to chill and play some billiards. Needs to add more sofa and better circulation system because of the smokers.

The place is pretty good for a group of friends to hangout in if you like to play billiard or drink, although there isn't that much snack options.

Tempatnya dingin! Smoking, fair price, and good music. Still a 5 stars, but tgey should fix their phone, kaga pernah bisa nyambung dan kayaknya sistem booking table nya harus dibenahin. Sekian:)

The best place to play billiard in PIK area. Yes its expensive about 100rb per hour but the table and stick is of very good quality.

However the ball is quite different than all the other place that the marking is very unique to this place. So its kinda make you confuse while playing if you are not a pro.

The ambience to this place is also good but this place is kinda hidden and not very easy to spot while driving.

Just look for Chili's or just across Burger King PIK if you wanna try to look for this place.

So for me no 5 stars for this place because of the unique marking on the ball

Good ambience, but sometimes specially at saturday night its always full at take long time to waiting

Nice place, good atmosphere but pricey though 120k per hour or 2000 per minute, food and drinks are good, free popcorn occasionally, lot of tables, tables but worn out though, really good music. Second floor consists of a lounge and darts, when I went there the second floor was empty no staff or anyone to help also, bit hard to find staff to reset the rack.

Minuman dengan rate yang masuk diakal, dengan kualitas meja yang baik dan Cues yang cukup baik. Rating permenit yang tidak terlalu mahal, pada weekend Rp1300/menit.

Didn't even go in due to the overpowering smell of cigs. More people might come if they make this place cig free.

Decent atmosphere, and quality tables. The drinks prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected in a business that shares its roof with Chili's. The AC is nice and cool - which is refreshing to find in a pool hall.

There are several restaurants within walking distance. Its advisable to take a car or taxi to visit here, as the motorcycle parking is quite far - behind the building and on the other side of the road.

Many tables. Nice, cold air conditioning, might be too cold for some. Toilet is kinda stinky. There's dart too in the upper area.
