A & W Restaurants - Komplek Tomang Tol

When we visited, it was at around 11pm. We ordered through an online delivery service and we waited. The driver came through, tried paying using his debit card only to find that the machine was broken. The driver had to find an ATM to get some cash. By the time the driver came back, we had already waited for 30-40 mins in total. That's one. And the 2nd one was, of the ladies raised her voice at us (understable-ish) and unfortunately didn't keep her mask on at any given time while we were there at the very least. She was shouting to the kitchen right in front of the food, talking to the customers with no mask on, etc. We signalled her to put her mask on, then she did. Probably just a simple thing, easily being overlooked especially when the shop is busy. However, in the times like this, it's neither okay for the business nor for the customers. Please pay attention dear A&W Tomang.

Setiap saya pesan Paha Atas dan Bawah selalu jawabannya nggak ada, dan bilangnya "nunggu 20 menit", saya pasti paksa tunggu dan biasanya sudah ready di menit ke 5, atau bahkan emang punya stok.

Baru 2x kesini dan oke aja lah semuanya dalam penilaian normal, itu juga karna malam jam 9an aj jadi ga lama, ketersediaan menu masih ada, parkir masih bisa dapet mngkin karna malam.

Untuk tmpat boleh. Wlau tidak trlalu besar pas di jalan raya pula. Lumayan utk aneka pemandangannya. Pelayanannya juga ramah

Mohon diperhatikan utk ketersediaan menu karena ketika saya ke sini ada menu yg sudah habis padahal masih jam makan malam.

It's my favorite fast food restaurant since I love the yummy crispy chicken, infamous curly fries, and of course root beer. I've went here several times, mostly for dinner, and it's never been too crowded. The place is clean and the air con works fine, plus all of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food quality needs to be maintained since I had twice ordered root beer, but it didn't have soda left in it.

Lokasi strategis, ada tempat parkir, pelayanan ramah, tempat bersih, tersedia kursi di luar, banyak kucing lucu-lucu & jinak (jangan dikasarin ya mereka ga ganggu koq)

Dimana2 franchise A&W itu semua setipe. Tapi yg ini gw kasih bintang 5 karena lu ga perlu jauh2 untuk cari tempat parkir, parkir depan dan langsung masuk ke dalem retail. Thats it.

Untuk akses jalan raya termasuk ramai dan agak macet di jam2 tertentu, tapi untuk wilayah jakarta barat, khususnya buat temen2 yg dari tanjung duren, gw rekomendasi ni tempat sebagai salah satu A&W franchise yg enak buat santai, karena buat gw suasana di sini cukup rileks.

A not crowded fast food place.with an overprice tag when you compare with other typical food. The best thing they had is the root beer.

Tempatnya nyaman walaupun kadang bekas customer terlalu lama dibiarkan ada di meja. (Agak lama dibersihkan)

Tempatnya nyaman dan cukup luas. Sayangnya, lantai 2 yang ada tempat bermainnya cuma bisa untuk main atau perayaan pesta. Pas bawa anak2 main sesudah makan jadi terkesan creepy karena tempatnya gelap

Tempat nya bagus.

Tersedia makanan & minuman tentunya, namanya juga restoran-kan.

Bagi Yang lapar mau makan & haus mau minum, bisa mampir dan beli ditempat ini.

Pelayananya ramah, ruangannya juga bagus keren dan bersih terlihat seperti modern tpi untuk harga (maybe di semua aw) terbilang cukup mahal bagi para pelajar tpi overall sih bagus

Tempatnya enak. Dipinggir jalan tol. Kadi buat yg dari tol keluar kebun jeruk bisa mampir nih disini. Ayam gorengnya crunchy banged. Es krimnya murah tapi enak banged. Ada rasa coklat dan vanila. Atau kalau mau di mix juga boleh. Jadi gak rugi. Hehehe.

Root beer nya the best. Pesen yg gelas besar. Gelasnya didinginin dulu. Kadang2 masih ada kepingan es tipis. Itu yg bikin enak banget rasanya. Sebenernya fried chicken di sini paling enak banding yg lain, tapi emang harganya lebih mahal juga. Curly friesnya juga enak.

Located at the side of the road, very easy to recognize from the road.spacios and clean, can only hold a birthday party for the kids.fresh and good!

Pretty quiet here, downside is limited parking space in the shops area. It is difficult to park your car here during lunch. Sometimes the roads around the restaurant are also crowded.

Delicious Food and Fine Beverage with cozy place, never forget to back and back again when I'm hungry and meet A & W Resto, for brunch or lunch!

Standard A&W. Good root beer float and nice aromatic chicken. Pretty good waffles too. Place is quite clean and spacious.
