The menu is huge. Maybe it should be focus on certain menu but with the best quality.

Had dinner here after working out cause i was craving sushi.the food was okay, quality and taste wise i’ll give it a 7.5/10. We ordered the beef to be cooked medium but got well done instead they replaced it for us after we asked about it.i ordered sushi mentai roll which was pretty good but took forever to get. I’d still come back for sushi as it’s probably one of the better places to get one in serpong area. Do keep expectations at bay though.

This was my first time trying out this sushi place, and I must say, I absolutely loved it! It has quickly become one of the best sushi spots I've come across so far. The quality and freshness of the sushi were outstanding, and the flavors were simply delightful. One recommendation I have is to try the sushi with cheese - it adds a unique and tasty twist to the traditional sushi experience.

Pelayananya ga sopan, ga ngotak.salah juga ga minta maaf, mungkin ngelihat dari penampilan, karna muka saya lokal kali ya jadi di respon gitu.intinya cuma pelayanan aja yang harus di benahi di sushi hiro summarecon mall ini.

Menurut saya makanan disini enak enak apalagi beef kagoshima nya recommended buat di pesan karena dagingnya tidak alot dan rasa sauce nya cocok untuk dagingnya

Cuma keefektifan penyajian makanannya butuh ditingkatkan lagi. Misalnta makanan sudah datang, tapi sendok garpu harus request dl dan diambilkan lagi untuk kdatangsn berikutnya.

Tempatnya nyaman & antrian diatur dengan baik.
Tapi waktu itu ada beberapa pesanan lama sekali datangnya. Sampai harus direminder berkali-kali, baru pesanan datang.

Sy pakai ruang vip. Saat resto cukup ramai, kami hrs menunggu lama hanya utk menambah pesanan. Tdk ada karyawan khusus utk vip room spt resto2 lain. Refill ocha hrs sabar menanti. Bel ditekan juga tdk ada yg datang. Saat akhirnya ada yg datang, mukanya sdh tdk ramah. Sgt tdk profesional.semoga bs diperbaiki

Went there for a late dinner. Tried the tempura and curry rice. The curry rice tastes good as far as curry rice goes. The tempura is great but the sauce could be less salty. The restaurant decor is awesome, with a very Japanese-looking theme and design with faux Sakura flowers and mini bonsai trees. I would probably come back if I'm around the area.

I love ittt! The staff and the salmon mentai roll what have me coming back️Super fresh delicious salmon sashimi. Sushi Hiro has reasonable price. I had a great time eating at Sushi Hiro. The waiter and the waitress were committed to great service and were very friendly!

Makanannya enak. Baru hari ini cobain beef hana bomb, dagingnya lembut, nasinya ga begitu asem krn cuka sushinya, mayonya juga pas.

Order 30 menit blom keluar. Makanan keluar sudah dingin dan kering. Dan ada beberapa makanan yg tidak dibuatkan (lupa). Kualitas makanan dan servis sudah jauh menurun.

Pelayan tidak ramah, pesanan sudah dipesan namun tidak tercatat, saya pesan ocha refill, namun tidak direfill, padahal pelayan sudah merefill meja lain tanpa diminta, namun meja saya tidak di refill.
