Pertama kali cetak kartu nama di snapy overall bagus pelayanan ramah coba lewat WA diberikan list harga dan pengambilan menggunakan gosend! Terima kasih karena saya puas hasilnya sesuai keinginan dan sesuai desain saya.

It's ok, but they aren't strict with customers who don't wear masks, so the overall service isn't good because of that. Overpriced too.

It's quite convenient to do your printing and photocopying here. You can send your documents via email/ whatsapp and they'll take care of the rest. It's good if you have a home office you don't need to invest in your own printer/photocopier. Just ask them to delete your documents after you're done. So far they've been reliable and trustworthy.

The price is already expensive, the service is also bad, they don't smile, very inexperienced, and the printing results is also bad. If there are other printing places available you shouldn't go to this place.

Hasil print sangat bagus.bener2 bagus. Tp lmyan mahal per lembarnya utk dokumen biasa. 8500. Petugas sempat salah hitung juga jg kaget kok tambah mahal. Jadinya harus cancel payment dng foto ktp dulu.agak repot sih.

Pelayanan cepat dan baik. Tempatnya tidak terlalu besar dan agak nyempil ke pojok meskipun terlihat dari jalan raya, karena letaknya di ruko2 bersamaan dengan yg lain. Lahan parkir bisa menyesuaikan dengan lahan kosong yg tersedia.

Overall good pelayanannya cuman ada 1 orang yang gemuk kulit gelap, sangat menganggu kinerjanya, sop sopan santunnya kurang, buru" menyimpulkan, buru"memutuskan padahal kita blm sempat bicara untuk menyampaikan, dan hasil nyerocosannya dia juga belum tentu bener, pengalaman sangat tidak mengenakan, saya udh lama antri ketika dipanggil dia langsung dengan sikap keburu"an nyerocos dan memutuskan dan memvonis suatu pekerjaan kita yang mau dicetak, tolong diperhatikan sikap karyawannya, terima kasih

Waktu kemaren malam saya cetak linen dan saya buru buru karna mau di pakai. Mantap pelayanan nya cepat sekali.gak ada 5 menit Thanks buat mas nya.yang keren.kalau gak salah saya liat namanya Holil.

Went in to print a 60 page color catalog from a pdf. They had 11"x8" stock (surprised). Printed 2 copies, bound, clear plastic cover. Excellent job. The staff was knowledgeable about the job I needed (specifically the 11"x8" printing stock. A little pricy, but for the quality and wait (45 mins) it is recommended to goto this establishment & possibly all chain stores in the greater Jakarta area.

Snappy is mager-friendly Smua bisa lwt hp, dr order sampe barang di tangan. Mimin ramah. Produk mantul. Ok bgt.

Really disappointing due to the bad attitude of the male staff. They can easily "SNAP" on you. You can say it nicely if you do not like to edit. I was even willing to pay your service but due to your apprehension this bad review goes to your branch. I do not recommend this brand at all and will avoid at any cost.

Comfortable place, self service, overall nice however they ain't accept editing file and bit expensive tho

Front office staff seemed to not know some of the services that they are supposed to have, that's okay, maybe she is new. The other staff (who seemed to know more) did not come to attend to the customer directly but simply answered the other staff's questions without going into more details, which resulted in an awkward back and forth between the customer and the front office staff while the other staff just pretended the customer was not there.

If your colleague cannot answer, please attend to the customer directly and help your colleague out, don't act like the customer is not there.

Disappointed.

The place is well designed. With cool ac, comfortable seats, and friendly officer. The services is super fast. It takes 20 mins to finish my 18 books. The place is well manage and clean. Relatively cheap (affordable) and fast service. Good job!

Pelayanannya lumayan bagus.tempat yang paling saya rekomendasikan untuk ngeprint laporan tugas akhir sekolah saya.

Istirahat di hari jumat terlalu lama, padahal ada pekerja perempuan yg tidak jumatan dan hanya berdiri saja.

Saran: untuk terima order harusnya bisa d buka, tapi untuk eksekusi tunggu pekerja lain.

Masa mu fotocopy pgi suruh di ambil malem parah banget.padahal mesin ftocopy sya lihat nganggur gk oprasi.

Kinerja yang buruk dan tidak teliti menerima order, tgl 25 januari 2019 saya order 2 buah stempel berbeda dengan design yg sangat simpel dan design sudah diemail kan ke pihak snapy, malam nya stempel diambil oleh kurir saya. Dan pagi ini tgl 28 januari 2019 saat saya periksa ternyata stempel yg dibuat hanya 1 design dengan jumlah 2 buah. Sangat mengecewakan untuk tempat sekelas snapy.

Dari pihak Snapy BSD menghubungi saya dan memperbaiki kesalahan pembuatan stempel yg terjadi dan bahkan mengantar ke tempat saya untuk stempel nya. Terimakasih atas solusi nya, semoga kedepan nya lebih hati2 dan akan lebih baik lagi.
