Satpamnya ga banget, ga sopan sama sekali sama pengunjungnya. Apalagi satpam yang jaga di luar, saya dikatain bego.

Been living here since march 2017 until now 2023 and ongoing. Comfortable, strategic location, friendly receptionists and security. Greet with smile and great with kids.

The grease trap needs routine cleaning. Had couple issues with the unit such as pipe leaking, broken exaust, etc. But the maintanance people been very helpful. All issues were well taken care of.

Ants and sometimes tomcats, just need proper cleaning everyday and all should be good. Dont be lazy.

Nothings perfect in this world. Just need to fill the imperfect to make it perfect.

Overall conclusions we satisfied and feel happy living here. Paddington heights apartment has its own culture and its a family.

Quite oke, parking lot still enough place. But too quite at surrounding no cafe, restaurants, no minimarket or anything just to live in only.

There is a decent praying area in the basement. No carpet though. Facilities is okay but wished there was a supermarket, cafe or restaurant downstairs like silk wood. Out of 4 elevators, usually 2 seems to be working (south tower). The apartment smells after a short while because of the grease trap. Need regular cleaning I guess? Idk I’m still not sure how to completely fix the smell issue.

Was able to get an apartment here and so far things have been great. There is a decent praying area in the basement and the facilities, let’s just say, are worth the price.

It is a nice property.
Still new.all still looks fresh no peels and stinky smells in the corridor. Parking quite spacious.the bedroom depends on what you buying but the studios i think starts from 19 m2 and how u make up your apartment. Location very close to many vicinities and toll road. The Pool not so big.just standard nothing fancy.
Overall i think its a good option for stay and make it as a home.

Fasilitas cukup baik, mulai dari tempat fitness, taman, kolam renang dan parkiran. Plus pelayanan yang ramah

Prosesnya lama sekali, refund aja dijanjin berapa lama tapi kenyataan lebih lama lagi. Paraahhhh

Bagus, tempatnya, ada kursi dan parkiran khusus gratis juga untuk ojol. Menunjukkan empati walau belum maksimal.

Overall this place is good.nice gym, swimming pool but. Prepare to clean your Grease Trap every week, it's smell really bad if you not clean it

Kalo untuk harga masih bisa dibilang terjangkau lah untuk di alam sutera.

Apartemen ini sangat nyaman untuk tinggal. Awalnya saya sedikit ragu karena ada beberapa review di sini yang negatif, namun setelah hampir 1 tahun saya tinggal di sini kendala2 tsb tidak terjadi. Saya bersyukur 1tidak salah pilih. Alam sutera sangat cocok untuk jadi hunian yg hijau asri.

Parkiran luas dan fasilitasnya cukup lengkap. Koridor agak gelap tpi building managemet cepat tanggap untuk solusinya

The apartment public facility looks downgrade before and after establish.lobby and pool area not as expected / not looks same quality with brochure.

Place really smells bad. I am surprised that the city counsel allows them to operate. Apparently, the grease traps under the sinks of all apartments is a big problem. The odour is horrible as sewer gas leaks back up. And you have to clean the grease trap every week like you are working in a commercial kitchen - it's gross and unnecessary.

Suasana nyaman. Tidak ramai. Penghuni baru sekitar 30%. Dekat dengan kampus binus dan mall alam sutera, tinggal jalan kaki. Dekat IKEA. Jalan sangan luas. 5 menit ke akses toll alam sutera.

Grease traps under the sink. Absolutely disgusting. You have to clean these every single day otherwise your apartment smells like a toilet.

Our neighbors got sick from it because the gas was leaking back into their apartment even though they cleaned it.

We also had the same issue as the other reviewers with tomcats.

Buyer/Renter Beware!

Tomcats and sewer gas. Maintenance doesn't help at all.

Head of building management is a danger to everyone that lives there.

Ended up sick from the smell of sewer gas and was forced to move out without any refund.
