La Semplicità Italian Cuisine

We had dinner at this quaint Italian restaurant that's not right by the roadside. The menu is simple, and the waiter was patient when he took our order.
We had the carbonara and aglio olio (which we can choose the level of spiciness). You get free mineral water.
When the food came out, it turned out to be of great portion. The taste was good, plenty of bacon slices in the carbonara I had. The wait wasn't that long.
If you're looking for a nice, simple Italian meal, try this place out.

A supposedly trattoria style eating place. Poor guy manning the place all by himself, taking order, cooking and serving & table cleaning. So i recommend to please understand his situation & support, if your order takes a while to be attended / served.
As i told him, it's one of the place that actually serve a carbonara with no cream-based, which is what a genuine carbonara is meant to be cooked like, simply with egg yolk. My boy loved it, and he doesn't easily approve any carbonara.
With the pork chop, i thot it was a tad overcooked. But with the butter sauce, it gelled together nicely & gave out that moistness in the palate. Again, my boy loved it that ½ of my cut went to his plate instead. He's quite a fuzzy eater when it comes to pork meat dishes. So i was quite amazed.
Perhaps the only constructive criticism is the palating of the pork chop. Instead of 2 pcs smaller meat, perhaps a 1 bigger cut would satisfy the eyes better.
But for sure definitely will return again to support.

Surprisingly they served legit vegan options and taste wonderful. Pricing wise also very reasonable. For those who lives around Serpong area, please do come and sure you will not regret

Great taste Italian dishes.

Food.
I ordered 3 menus, pesto, carbonara and salmon lime.
All three taste delicious. What I feel great about, 1st is the pasta. It cooked aldente, perfect to my personal preference. 2nd, the taste balance. I like that all the taste perfectly balance and on point.

Portion.
I think portion is satisfying. Not too small, not too much.

Place.
Ambience might not be their strength. Very simple interior, and the only italian feel comes from the tablecloth.
Tables are clean, as well as their restroom. Overall place are clean.

Parking.
Super easy. Abundance space for parking, both 4 wheels or 2 wheels.

Service.
Super warm, full of smile. Serving time was super good. Considering no staff available to serve, so the owner himself take order, cook, serve, and be the cashier receiving payments.

Price.
I would say it is more affordable compare to other Italian restaurant nearby.

All in all, this is an Italian restaurant that I will revisit, good taste, good price, good services.

Authentic Italian dishes, I tried their Pasta Bolognese & Carbonara. Both was soo good, Bolognese was so pleasant pasta with bolognese sauce made with minced beef and fresh tomatoes, and also Carbonara was great too, taste was so authentic and traditional MUST TRY! And i willing to come back again to try another interesting menu.
The Interior with Home and Clean style, very comfy, and also excellent services.

I really love the ambiance and the food is so delicious and highly recommended. We ordered Pasta Bolognese, Pasta Carbonara, Pasta Pesto, Pasta Amatriciana and Pasta Arrabbiata con Calamari. This restaurant has just opened and the quality of the food they provide is really good. Definitely will come back again.

Good hygiene! Ramah chef2nya:) makanannya price wise dengan rasa nya enaakk banget berasa semua bumbu nya. Apalagi yg Arabiatta! Tekstur pastanya juga pas gak kekerasan, gak kelembutan. Definitely coming back sooner!

Pertama iseng aja cobain masuk karena liat kanopi bendera Italy, cobain pasta Carbonara, Pesto dan Arrabiata con Calamari ternyata enak semua! Will definitely come back to try their other menu

Suka sama Amatriciana-nya, rasa dan porsi okey banget. Tempatnya juga bersih, bisa buat makan bareng temen atau keluarga.

Found a new Italian restaurant yang rasa pasta2nya mirip banget sama pas makan2 di Italy. Fresh al dente pasta, light taste ga berminyak berlebih, ga pakai micin, very fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality by the chef himself. I ordered Salmone e Limone; perfect taste of lemon blended— belom pernah dapat similar taste elsewhere di Indo. Very recommended!

My first highlight is their authentic Italian Carbonara that do not use any heavy cream at all.
For ladies on diet, you should not worry because they have Salmone e Limone that's lower in calories, feels fresh and tangy.
Spicy food lovers MUST try their Arrabbiata con Calamari. It fires bombs in your mouth in a very satisfying way! Careful if you can't stand spiciness, though.

They also have more menus that I have to try on my next visit. Seating capacity is considered quite few, yet feels spacious.
