FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta Airport

I had a bad experience there. When we were waiting for reservation at the lobby. Some of us took some pictures. The staff were not happy and asked us to go out from the lobby. So we went out and he followed us. Then, near the parkir area, there were some chairs. Because we were tired, we want to take a seat. But, the first and second security forbid us and asked us to stand up at the parkir area. While were waiting ar the parkir area, the third security were pointing to the exit area without we asked him. He wanted us to go out. He said, 'don't stand up there, because it is for cars' I don't understand the staffs there, after asking us to wait at the parkir area and then forbid us to stand up there. So, some of us decided to go home and the others just wait to check in.

The place has the advantage of being close to the airport. Clean. But the reception staff are always busy. I arrived at the hotel at 4 p.m, but unfortunately I had to wait because the rooms were not ready.

The location works for me when I need to be near the airport. Gojek deliveries can be challenging sometimes. The facilities are top-notch and we have stayed there several times.

Rooms are spacious, we were well welcomed by employees. There are many good facilities: pool, bath hot and cold, sauna, games room. The restaurant is good as well.
They provided pickup services included from and to the airport (it is not easy to find the meeting point so the best thing to do is to connect the phone at the airport free wifi and call them directly by WhatsApp they answer directly quickly). Also it could be better if we could get a good light in the bathroom, because it's too dark.
It was a pleasure to stay there, we recommend the place. Price: 54 euros.

Be carful there is mini market inside the hotel she still my money. I take a grab of water and she told it will cost 7000 IDR.when i want to pay she told me 7 paper from 100000.so i pay for her 700000 because I didn’t understand Indonesian money and she took advantage of that.very disappointed. There is no credibility

Lovely food, very friendly helpfull staff. I especially enjoyed my 2 massages by Indie, she's gave a very good firm massage and I would highly recommend her skills.

The staff are very hospitable. They assisted me all the way. I felt relaxed even staying for only a short time. Definitely a recommendable place to stay in Jakarta.

Its very near to the airport, free shuttle bus from hotel to the airport. If u got an early flight this is for you.

Decent hotel in the airport vicinity. The room is ok and the restaurants open 24 hrs. The services is excellent (they have free airport pick-up service) and the swimming pool is also nice to relax a bit after long flight. Further the local food in the restaurant tastes delicious.

saat masuk, kamar memang sangat luas namun juga penerangannya sangat minim (entah kenapa), sehingga terlihat agak horor.

Saat keluar kamar pelayannya sering telat buat buka roli pintu jd sering buka roli sendiri n saat pembayaran pelayannya ga pernah bw meain atm yg tangan jd klo mau bayar gesek pakai atm. Atm nya d bawa dulu sama pelayannya jd ngeri?

The hotel is a bit old, but it looks like they are on the process of renovating. They have a humble selection of breakfast menu and the food tasted great. I would rate it another star simply for the friendly staff members and fantastic service

Great place to stay when on a short trip to Jakarta. Rooms include buffet breakfast, a personalised airport pickup and shuttle service back. Staff are friendly, rooms are modern and well appointed and the hotel has a range of facilities including pool, sauna, steam room and a number a restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again when in Jakarta.

It was a very spacious hotel and resort. This place is indeed luxury with so many rooms. Breakfast are not really special, but good though. Some of the spot are not well maintained because this place is really big. It will be nicer if they have some direction arrows. I personally got lost and had no officer to ask.

The staff here is incredibly honest. I left my wallet with stack of cash in the room when i checked out. I realise it a few hours later and they return it to me when I went back to the hotel in the evening. Kudos to the staff!

A very nice hotel with good breakfast and diner. The room is clean and has a nice bed. The personnel is super friendly and willing to help with all the questions you may have.

I was there because of the delay of my flight. The room is nice. The staff is really helpful to help me solving the flight problem with my flight.
