Anara Airport Hotel Terminal 3 CGK

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, want to spend the night just in transit to go abroad, highly recommended, close to checking in on your plane. For overnight stays are also ok. Calm.

Hotel Bintang 4 yang terletak di Terminal 3 Keberangkatan/Kedatangan Internasional Bandara Soekarno Hatta Kota Tangerang, Banten yang nyaman, tenang dengan pelayanan staf yang ramah dan responsif.
Memiliki fasilitas kamar yg cukup lengkap dari mulai Smart Tv Digital yang menyediakan berbagai channel hiburan dan terintegrasi dengan jaringan internet, brangkas, kulkas mini, water heater, hair dryer, welcome drink, serta air panas dan dingin.
Tersedia juga fasilitas kolam renang, boutiqe, restoran, aula pertemuan dan coffee shop, serta ruang khusus perokok yang terletak di lantai Lobby.
Menurut saya dengan berbagai fasilitas, harga yg ditawarkan termasuk sepadan, terutama lokasi hotel yg terletak di dalam Bandara Soekarno Hatta

Saya datang utk mengunjungi resto untuk makan dan menikmati makanan yang disajikan dengan aneka hidangan yang disajikan dan enak.

The hotel is not intended for relaxation or for sitting in it for many days. It is just a waiting station. I mean, if you have a transit flight and the wait exceeds 12 hours, it is better for you to come to this hotel. It is terrible and their breakfast is excellent, but unfortunately the decorations are not complete, there is not enough insulation in the rooms, most of the noises outside are walking. Or they talk and you hear it, but it is excellent and practical, and literally from the airport to the hotel it takes approximately less than 10 minutes and you are at the hotel.

Kalau ada opsi lebih dari 5 bintang untuk review, pasti saya beri lebih.
Anara Hotel melebihi ekspektasi saya sih.
Kamar nya bersih, luas dan nyaman. Got a restful sleep while transit in Jakarta. Sarapannya juga enak dan variasi menu cukup lengkap.
Tapi yang paling berkesan adalah keramahan staffnya, terutama mas Darno di resepsionis. Sangat membantu ketika saya butuh print beberapa dokumen.
Will definitely back to Anara Hotel next time.

Hotel yang bagus dalam pelayanan & sangat bersih. Hanya kurang petunjuk untuk sampai ke Anara Airport Hotel ini. Jika pertama kalu kesini, harus rajin bertanya.

Rapi dan bersih. Cuman akses masuk pakai mobil nya itu agak bingung saja. Minim petunjuk. Harusnya bisa di kasi sign bagi yg jalan dari dalam airport mau pun pakai mobil utk ke titik drop off

The hotel is nice with comfortable bedroom and the location is just 4mins walk to the check in counters at terminal 3, very convenient. The staff are so helpful and i should appreciate their hotel hospitality to provide buffet breakfast during this endemic, enough varieties of food with good taste. A very recommended hotel.and i will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip. Thanks Anara and your lovely team!

I had requested for breakfast to be sent to my room at 5am coz my international flight to Singapore was departing at 8am. I called up and requested to add 2 small bottles of mineral water to be sent together with my breakfast. The operator said that they could only send 1 bottle as they ald prepare for me juice. I very dissapointed that 1 small bottle of mineral water they don't even want to give me whereas if I sit for their buffet breakfast I would've been eating and drinking as much as I want, what a pity for such a 4 star hotel. Futhermore, I checked in very late around 9pm the night before, the recep didn't even arranged the bell boy to help me with my 4 luggages. I was with my 2 daughters and they choose the room quite far from the lift. Totally worse experienced and I would not recommend this hotel for any of you who looking for a transit hotel as the services was terrible.

Apabila butuh hotel transit, ini pilihan yang tepat, apalagi yg biasa bangun kesiangan, ga bakal ketinggalan pesawat, karena tempatnya sudah di dalam bandara, hanya jalan kaki ke terminal 3.

This is the second time I've stayed here, but the first time I realized just how nice the rooms are for the price I paid (800K+ IDR). Well worth the money if you're stuck at the airport anywhere from 5 hours or longer, or if you have an early morning flight and don't want to worry about Jakarta traffic! We will be coming back in Feb and staying the night since I have a really early morning flight to Singapore.

Anara Airport Hotel ini berada di Terminal 3 dan berada di kawasan bandara, jadi kalo nginep di sini kita ga perlu repot-repot lagi karena tinggal jalan kaki aja sekitar 5 sampai dengan 10 menit ke terminal keberangkatan kita dan di hotel ini juga terdapat layar tv jadwal penerbangan internasional yang kita bisa lihat.

Saya memesan untuk 1 malam transit 2 hari sebelum check in, tapi terpaksa saya cancel karena tempat tujuan saya terkena gempa.

Saya coba merefund tapi tidak bisa karena dalam CL harus 3 hari sebelum check in.

Padahal menelpon hotel ini cukup sulit karena telepon tidak direspon sampai 10 kali, padahal saya menelpon kisaran jam 6 sore. Belum terlalu malam untuk pesanan mendadak.

Mohon dipastikan bahwa S&K di hotel ini cukup membuat saya kesulitan karena terkadang saya pribadi jarang membuat keputusan untuk menginap dari jauh hari. Apalagi kondisi saya saat itu ternyata lokasi tujuan saya mengalami gempa

Untuk selanjutnya mungkin saya akan lebih memilih hotel lain untuk transit daripada hotel ini. Terima kasih

Best hotel for transit at T3 Soekarno Hatta Airport Jakarta before my next flight. Close to international departure gate, only a few step from this hotel, recomended for morning flight.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, enak buat istirahat. Harga standar bisa di cek di traveloka gengs, gak sampe sejuta. Tapi lumayan jauh kalau mau ke bandara keberangkatan domestik. Bisa naik grab atau taxi

Cukup nyaman, staff nya ramah dan soppan, tiap kali mau berangkat dari terminal 3 internasional pasti check in disini untuk prepare keberangkatan. Recommended hotel.

Saya belum nyoba nginep di hotel ini sih, tapi dalam waktu dekat berencana nginep di sini saat transit penerbangan domestik selama 1 hari. Hotel ini pas banget buat yg punya rencana flight harus transit spt saya.

Hotelnya di dekat lobi barat lantai 2. Dekat dari keberangkatan domestik.

This property refused to change my client's reservation because of a flight cancellation. Totally unacceptable for an airport hotel.
