Zahill Retreat Villa

Am pleased with the stay! Staff are friendly and engages in small talks with us.most of them english limited so need to remind or repeat sometimes but i feel like they are trying their best and are genuinely wanting to serve.room is clean and spacious. 1 room with pool villa recommended as allows privacy and the warm temp pool water is much appreciated in kintamani’s weather.toielt is not moudly if u on the ventilator all the time.it has a good size bathtub in toilet.excellent wifi.even has water dispenser for hot and room temp water.place is maintained.i would recommend if the hotel can consider adding a ceiling fan in the room as there’s no aircon and for safety u would close ur windows and doors at night and it jsut gets a bit stuffy.also the water heater’s temp is not very constantly, sometimes too hot then will turn cold, nevertheless overall i would recommend!

tapi syg kasurnya ukuran queen size sih.lokasi mudah dicari.dekat dengan banyak cafe2 cantik.syg breakfastnya agak kurang yah menunya.tapi overal nyaman n oke banget.

From minuses.a lot of flies.but it is a problem of the north (there is nothing else to complain about).

Villa di kintamani, cukup bagus tempat nya, ada kolam air panas nya, resto mini nya, ada tempat Bbq nya atau api ungun nya, cocok buat keluarga dna bawa anak

Located near restaurants, viewpoints, and Mount Batu.
The night is cool.
The hotel provides a fireplace.
There is live music.
Hotel food, good quality, inexpensive
Heated pool

Most of them come as families.

Next time I will bring my wife and children.

My opinion of the hotel is divided… and unfortunately not positive.
We had the villa with a private pool.

On the one hand: quite nice and high-quality hotel complex (heated pool, outdoor lighting, fireplace, etc.).

On the other hand: partly very poor or ill-thought-out workmanship in my room (no air conditioning, bathroom musty / permanently bad smell, extremely noisy (every word could be understood from the neighboring room, etc.).

I'd rather not say much about the breakfast (no European standard), we had a ride into town every day to have a very, very good breakfast!

The staff are very, very friendly, super helpful, always there for tips and offer free shuttle service!
Therefore: only 3 stars.

Proses checkin mengecewakan dan lama, saya menunggu sampai jam 15.00-an baru kamar dikatakan ready untungnya keluarga ada pesan yang villa jadi stay disana dulu.
Kamar tidak ada kipas walaupun yang villa. Suasana kamar jadi pengap dan panas saat siang hari apalagi yang deluxe matahari bersinar terang mengarah ke kamar walaupun sudah ditutup dengan tirai suasana tetap panas.
Not recommended untuk stay disini dari siang. Saya hanya rekomendasikan untuk tidur malam saja karena suasana kintamani dingin apabila tidak ada matahari. Walaupun poin plus ada kolam air panas untuk berendam dan berenang tetapi jika anda berendam siang hari kemudian anda masuk kamar akan terasa panas karena sirkulasi udara tidak terlalu bagus saat siang hari. Untuk malam suasana kintamani dingin jadi tidak ada keluhan malam hari. Minimal sediakan kipas angin untuk orang yang istirahat siang hari.

HOTEL TERBURUK!

Hotelnya bagus dan bersih, staffnya ramah2, kamar bagus, ada bath tub nya, tapi sayang showernya di atas bathtub sehingga kalau mandi terpaksa masuk ke bathtub. Kolam renangnya airnya hangat cocok buat berendam di udara dingin. Sayang di kamar tidak disediakan hair dryer, jadilah habis berenang kedinginan karna rambut ngga dikeringin. Sarapannya enak, sayangnya menu ala carte jadi cuma boleh pilih 1 menu saja. Overall sudah oke banget, kedepannya semoga semakin bagus, disediakan amenities yg lengkap termasuk hair dryer di kamar.

The best.ini kedua kalinya kita nginep disini, selalu seru & fun ️

One of the best place to go in Kitamani area with your family, especially your Kidos.
The 1st highlight from us is the service from the Pramana Zahill is very friendly, kind, and the spirit of want to serve you better we can feel it.
The 2nd highlight is the hot water pool and big grass field for the kids to play and enjoy the nature. This is very important for the guest who goes with the kidos, also at night (we stay there at night of final world cup 2022) we can enjoy the live music with the hot drink menu from the restaurant and don't forget they also serve you the fireplace, because this place is very cold at night, some time it covered by fog. So prepare your jacket or sweater. They are no AC in your room.
The 3rd highlight is the view, this place located at the top of hill, but it's not facing to the Mount of Batur, but the opposite, you can still enjoy the greenery of the Forest, and bit village light at night. Very relaxing view on the day and romantic feeling at night.
The deluxe room is fine, big enough for us with 3 kids (we order 1 extra bed, but I suggest you to book the suite room, bigger room and you get the bathtub too for kid), clean, with good natural light and good air circulation. To get shower no worries, you got the unlimited hot water.enjoy.

What we need to suggest to Pramana Zahill is about to upgrade their breakfast menu, i think with this class of hospitality Pramana Zahill should be serve better of breakfast menu. It doesn't mean the menu isn't delicious, in our opinion the taste is quite OK, but the completeness of the type of breakfast menu served is incomplete and some are missing.
We do believe the breakfast is very important and will completely all of your service to the guest.

We will plan to stay in Pramana Zahill next time.

Pools is loke hotspring
the room is clean and beautifull view.one of the best hotel to stay in Kintamani area

Four star hotels, the rooms are neat and clean. But the internet connection is too slow.

The location is exceptional.

People are very helpful.

Would it be great if they have hotel signage more eye catching, I wouldn't be lost for a while.

Room is very cool even without AC because it’s located in Kintamani. Public pool has warm water which is really nice. Super friendly staff from the moment of arrival till departure. Wifi is very slow. Breakfast has very little choices but delicious.

I booked 3 bedroom for family reunion after 4 years due to covid.
The good: Most of the staffs were kind and friendly, particularly the security guy who drove us around and one of the lady in white and black uniform (not sure with their name) who help us with the hotel's transport on that day.
- Location near with varieties of food vendors, cafe's and recreations spots.
- The pool villa quiet large space area with kitchen, gas stove and cooking utensils.
The bad: My room is a pool villa. As soon as we check-in and open the bathroom door, it gave us a strong unpleasant smell. I think they have problem with the septic tank or something.
- They didn't provide face towel, hand towel and hand soap for the bathroom basin. They didn't provide swimming towels despite we stay in the pool villa (i had to called them first for them to sent the towel).
- The room wasn't ready despite we check-in around 4pm approx, since we came from Menjangan island which is around 4-5 hours away. And after travel those far with young children's, the first thing we wanna do of course is resting in our room.
- One of the receptionist guy, he need to learn better how to serve costumers. The attitude and tones that he gave me as i inquired about the bbq, it was as if i was stupid coz i asked a few questions and as if it was my fault that i didn't do the bbq on the previous day, cos they were sold out on that night. I can understand i may be late to book and so it was sold out, but dude.never blame your costumer. A better explanation with a genuine, kind attitude, i will more than happy to understand the situation.
- They were still undergoing some renovation with the hotel (didn't mentioned in their website) sometimes you can hear the consruction noises from your room.
- 4am was woken up by the people chatting and laughing so loud. Not sure whether it was the guests or the workers / (builders)
-live music that we could hear all the way from our room, every night while we stayed there. I think they finished around 10.30-11pm. Maybe it's good for some people but not for me who has a "rises early and sleeps early" body clock and wants a quiet and peaceful night of rest.
I have staying in 4 different accommodations during my 3 weeks holiday and unfortunately this accommodation was the only one that didn't meet my expectations. Such a letdown. Specially after a 5 star service from our stay at Menjangan.
