We recently got married through YBW and they did such an incredible job. We were a delayed COVID19 wedding and Sendy and the team did such an excellent job booking/rebooking our vendors over a 3 year period. On the day of our wedding we were all absolutely blown away with how beautiful everything looked and how much of a great job they all did - couldn't recommend them more!

We were absolutely delighted with our wedding in Bali. Sendy was brilliant at understanding our vision and helping us choose the best options for making our vision become reality. The result was beyond our expectations and we could not have dreamt of a more beautiful day. Absolutely amazing!

I would full-heartedly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of service. The vendors were all top notch (the villa managers, the Bali Catering company, the Bali Makna photography and videography, the Butter and Caramel & Thyme cake). Our wedding planner Sendy was great and always on top of her game. She guided us through the complicated process of wedding planning, finding and choosing a location, vendors and the overall vision for wedding day. The only caveat here is that, whilst the wedding planner is there to hold your hand throughout the whole process, your input, oversight and decisions would still be required. So carve some time out to really plan how involved you will be throughout. If you are like us (very detail oriented!) do check and triple check everything. We were very disappointed with the flowers and some of the decorations on the day, which were not nearly what we envisaged and shared by way of photo inspiration - results attached. I will have to say that the platform used for the wedding planning (the Aisle Planner) is not the most user friendly… we often had to exchange emails instead which made it all very confusing, given the multiple email chains. Also, make sure you go through the timeline for the day with tooth and comb to ensure everyone know where they have to be at what time (for example, we had the wedding party present at what was meant to be a private “first touch” moment between the bride and the groom). Having said that, the day was absolutely perfect from all the other points of views and no one noticed any of the imperfections (except the people involved in the planning, ie the bride and the groom).

Our experience with Your Bali Wedding has been nothing short of amazing. We were unfortunate to have our wedding cancelled in 2020 because of COVID & Sendy was always keeping in touch with us & trying her best to see if she could get refunds and vouchers for us. The entire wedding was postponed a couple of times & with all of her work Sendy never charged us extra even though there was a mountain of work involved.
When the day finally happened, I was bedridden with Bali belly & Sendy pretty much saved the day & called a doctor who arrived to the Villa asap. She was always on the ball and communication between us was great!
Even though the wedding took nearly 3 years to happen, we wouldn't have changed being with Sendy!
