Worst boat ride. You have other choices to gili, lombok, nusa penida. Don't make this your choice

Their boats has aircon which isn’t working and when it rains, you need to shut the windows and it is too suffocating. Also, there is no queue number for the passengers so it’s a chaos when you board the boat.

No A/C, over 1 hour late and so overbooked that people had to sit/stand outside and got wetter than if they had swum!
Plus, I've never sat so uncomfortable. Staff also rather unfriendly.

The meeting point was hard to find and was not even the place were the ferry started. Front he meeting point we had to walk over the stand with the luggage for ten minutes to get to the taxi pick up point

We had booked a long trip to Nusa Lembongan with them. The boat's engine went out three times along the way and ended up taking some 3.5 hours. The boat also did not go directly to Nusa Lembongan as they promised.

At Nusa Penida you had to get off, then take a transfer bus to another port and then wait an hour for a public boat that would take us the last distance to Nusa Lembongan. Not optimal and not recommended!

Do not take this company if you want to travel between the Gili Islands and Nusa, it's a big scam! The departure time was delayed by over 1 hour, they overload the boats well beyond their capacity, some people didn't have seats and had to endure the journey sitting on the floor. We thought it was going to be a direct trip, but it turned out not to be. You are a professional company, you should communicate information to customers! The 2-hour journey ended up taking 6 hours! Definitely stay away! Horrible experience!

After reading a lot online about every fast or speed boat company between Lombok and Bali, we were quite intimidated and knew what to expect.
We haven't booked online, actually we found our way to this company on Gili Meno over a "travel agent" (a small stand in the middle of the island). Only by chance we passed by and asked about the price for a boat from Bangsal to Padang Bai. Surprisingly it was a really good deal including transfer from Padang Bai to Kuta. Nevertheless, we were not sure if everything will work out for this very low price and we only had a WhatsApp number at this point.
We went to Bangsal via public transport and into the office mentioned by the agent and the WhatsApp number. We paid the beforehand offered price and got a ticket for a transfer and a boarding pass. We were blown away, tbh. For comparison, this was by far the cheapest price we found, if we looked online only for the ferry to Padang Bai, no further transfer included.

Now about the ferry.
We were again intimidated after we had to hand our backpacks to the crew before foing onto the boat, it looked full already and we saw some baggage put just on top of the boat front. As we stepped in there was a mountain of luggage placed on 6 seats. Starting from the harbour approx. 8 people had no seats and had to stand or sit just at the end of the boat where the engines are mounted, but it was okay. Again we knew what to expect.
The sea was not rough that day and we were quite happy about that. The boat took ~2h, which was ok. Also docking was indonesian style and took a bit longer, but that is normal here.
Now to the bad things, on the ocean waves got a bit bigger and brought water splashing into the back, so we got a bit wet. We could have gone into the boat and standing there, but itwas ok. The worst was after some people overestimated themselfs and got sick amd tried to vomid over the end of the boat, they didn't quite make it. Some of the vomid was now mixed with the water from the splashes before. Tbh that was the worst part and company can not do anything about in my opinion. At the end surprisingly all our backpacks stayed dry.

The shuttle bus from Padang Bai was also ok, again less than 2h as expected and the driver was really nice and stopped next to our hotel on the way. We were quite happy with the trip.

In total the ride was a bit rough, but ok and most of it to be expected. -1 star because the boat was a bit overbooked (is common here) and because they used some of the seats to store backpacks (not sure who put them there, tourists or staff).

DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY.
We were sold the ticket as DIRECT to Lembongan but in reality we stopped everywhere. The boat left 45 minutes late. They dropped us off in Nusa Penida, had us take a minivan and then wait again at another port in Nusa Penida.
The boat is old, the bags thrown away as rubbish.

I booked a trip from Gili air to Sanur, but at the harbor, they only mentioned it would go to Padang Bai. We had to take a 6-hour shuttle to Uluwatu, which they didn't inform us about initially. I wouldn't recommend this due to the unexpected and time-consuming journey, worsened by rough seas

Worst company ever.
I booked to go from Gili T.to Sanur, but once we arrived at the port we were told that it would only get to Padang Bai and once there we would take a shuttle bus for Jimbaran, too bad they "forgot" to omit that this bus for a realistic 2 hour route there would take us 6! I wonder why we were not told this at the beginning, how strange isn't it? I don't recommend it to anyone, also the trip was terrible because of the waves but there. Very bad.

A disaster! Please do not travel with Wijaya Buyuk. Regardless of the prices, which are already higher than most competitors, the performance received was simply subpar. We had to make do with this provider twice in a row. On both occasions the ship left no earlier than an hour after the stated time. The ship is intentionally overbooked so that many fellow passengers are not lucky enough to sit in a seat (which is far too small and cramped), but instead have to spend the long and rocky journey standing. The first ship we went on had leaky windows, so passengers in the window seats occasionally got wet.

That was awful. Never experienced it like this and hopefully never again. We are experienced at sea, but that really wasn't possible. Far too small a boat for the weather conditions and, as already described, for the booked guests. People who collapsed were not even taken into account. It was hell. We booked another company for twice the price. On the day of departure we were rebooked on Wijaya Buyuk.

Terrible experience, despite it being one of, if not the, best-reviewed service on the Asian portal for purchasing transfers. Let's start from the fact that the boat left half an hour earlier than the scheduled time.
That said, we were sold the ticket from Bali Sanur to Lombok Bangsal, even though we were supposed to go to Gili Trawangan, as “the tickets for Gili were sold out”. So, we had already purchased a second ticket to travel back to Trawangan once we reached Lombok.

Surprise of surprises: as soon as we boarded we discover that the boat makes a mandatory stop both in Nusa Penida for 1 hour and then will also stop in Gili Trawangan before arriving in Lombok, this is not indicated anywhere and in any information document/ticket/pdf, therefore also risking missing a possible connection as the arrival indicated on the ticket is 2 hours before the reality.

Immediately after leaving the Nusa Penida pier (5 minutes), the boat approached the pier again to hastily collect two passengers who had just arrived: the result was that in order to rush them on from the bow, without mooring, the girl fell into water complete with backpack and was recovered soaking wet (without even providing a towel), without considering the danger of the whole thing, as with the boat in motion it could easily have remained crushed between the pier and the boat.

Moral of the story, we get off at Trawangan, despite someone trying to tell us that we couldn't do it, having the bracelet indicating Lombok (with what logic?) thus also losing the money for the second ferry purchased in vain.

Truly shameful service, as well as an insane disregard for danger.

5 hours from Gili T to Sunar. This boat is not suitable for this trip. You can see the boat flexing as it hits each wave. They have to stop half way at Nusa to refuel. They refill the petrol with everyone onboard partying around the petrol, vaping etc. At some point that boat will sink or blow up. Relieved to get off it. Pick a proper boat. We took Eker Jays over to Lombok, it was quite noisy, but at least it was a sea going boat.

Staff isn’t helpful and very disrespectful. The boat wasn’t cleaned and we had a 2 hour delay. The staff kept pushing us even when I told him he should keep his hands off me and he was being unclear. He told us to wait while his colleagues informed us to go to the boat. Other companies helped us get on the boat, this company didn’t. We got yelled at like we were stupid or something. Wouldn’t recommend.

The 5* reviews are fake/paid.

AVOID SCAM 100%. Charges for this “big beautiful boat” u arrive and the boat has no AC and is over sold + late. Then you get to Nusa and they transfer u to a piece of shi* boat that has 50 seats but they sell 75. A refund would not even be enough. If I could use vulgar language here I would. Absolute worst AVOID

Scam scam scam. “The boat is only 2 hours” - ended up being 5 with all kinds of stops. Rude staff that drinks beer on the boat.
