Cozy room. Spacious toilet with a shower room. Pool by the bar, great breakfast and hard working staffs. Greatly recommended!

Hotel is very central, close to everything, the room is really Confortable and the staff extremely nice. Definetly will come back again. Worth every dollar paid.

I wish was not so expensive for tourists living there. The humidity
Was very very high there. But the pool closes at 22h00 which I personally would like them to be

Location is very good, staff are very friendly, but there are something wrong, First day I stayed I used the swimming pool and eat tuna fillet, I got sick for 2 days stayed on bed, pain in stomic and got fever, I noticed that, maybe I'm the only one happen to me? , May I'm just not lucky, so I decided to extend my stay there, now I'm at home I got pain in my ears.doctor say you got mycotic infection because I used not clean swimming pool.

I'm being annoyed by your obviously gay massage supervisor. You deal with him before it affects your business and this situation gets put of control. If he is using your motels name and isn't employed there it obviously a police matter

Had a great stay here. This is a gated hotel with 24 hour security, which can be comforting.
The room was air conditioned and was very clean and well maintained. Room service is available and there is a massage/spa service available on site which is well priced and the Mrs was hooked, visiting 3 times in 8 days! The food was good and tasty. The grounds were very nice and well maintained also. Theres a paddling pool for the kids and a larger pool for the adults which has a 2.1m deep end. Alongside the pool is a spacious thatch roof bar/restaurant where the staff are awesome. Here you can use the smart t.v to play any music off you tube over the great sound system. Now the service. All I can say is. Wow! Outstanding!

Book early with affordable price. Hotel location is perfect and service is also good. In breakfast, there are limited options for Indians.

Very disappointed.we booked a villa which they advertise as pool and hot tub only to find hot tub is merely a bath tub.also pool area has a lack of facilities and pool has no bar only a cafe.breakfast bar same food every morning.however rooms arre and staff very friendly

I did enjoy my stay until the day I left, housekeeping stole my charger/converter. Wasn't impressed he blamed my friend and lied to our faces.

We had two deluxe standard rooms down the far end of the hotel, and have had a great time. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we have no complaints. The pool and pool area are beautiful. And so centrally located in Kuta, easy to get to shops and restaurants. Its right near ground zero. We will definitely be staying here again. Lovely staff. Fantastic holiday.

Nice hotel. Villa style rooms with balcony. Close to the party scene and a nice pool. Friendly staff. I only wish they had an iron in the room.

Service not pro. I was delayed plane and went lately to the hotel, but when i reached, I had to wait at 11pm for 10 minutes because they were setting and cleaning up the room. The room and facility was old. Just about 2.5 stars hotel

Rooms are decent. Restaurant food is better than some of the places around but a bit more pricy. Service is 5/5. Loud music from club, till 4am Everyday! Amenities are excellent: good massage room and therapists, very very clean and inviting pools, well groomed gardens. Ambiance is top notch, till the club partying starts.

Lovely hotel that has a simple but great continental breakfast, lovely pool and amazing spa treatments. All the staff were friendly and there's also a money exchange service at the reception. The location was great for all the places we wanted to see around the island. Would definitely go back there.

Staying in a ground floor deluxe room with balcony overlooking the pool. Stairs no good for these knees. Lovely large gardens. Very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are so helpful. Going to a very good range buffet breakfast soon then change some money at their own currency exchange then walk down laneway into busy Kuta. Girls holiday 2nd time here
