Wendy Optical Seminyak Bali

Did a little research before getting to Bali and Wendy came up to many time to not go. Walked in off the street with no appointment with in 15 mins Wendy had me fitted up and made me feel really comfortable. 24 hours later my glasses were ready. By far the best glasses I’ve ever had such a fast turn around completely in shock. 3 days for sunnies and I can’t wait for them. Cheers Wendy for everything you have done, will be a repeat customer for life. Thank-you Wendy I will always be back much love

I got a great pair of polarised prescription fishing glasses with grey lenses and blue mirrors. Wendy Optic made it happen on a nice frame. Fantastic service and they did it in a 5 day turn around. 5 star legends. Thank you

Excellent service. Needed an alternative to my current supplier for bifocals and I received much better and less expensive glasses. I also mentioned I had wrecked my favourite Ray Bans. He said bring em in. A week later they're brand new again and Im astonished at the level of craftsmanship and detail. I showed my old blurry old bifocals I use for work, same story, a few days later and he's magically made them new again. Crazy thing is I have walked passed this little alley about 500 times and didn't even know it was there. Its a bit hidden away but make the effort to seek it out because it is totally worth it.

Went in to get an eye test with my wife, we arrived 20 mins early, and staff were sleeping on couches, had no clue about anything. When we said we were there to get eye check up, they said Wendy went home. Seemed lazy and disinterested didn't bother trying to help or contact Wendy. You lost 4 pairs of glasses. Possibly worst service we have had in Bali.

My glasses were stolen by a monkey and I therefore urgently need contact lenses. The owner kindly sent from here to Ubud for me. He really helps a lot. Terima Kasih!

2 other opticians said my glasses could not be repaired i had to replace them.
Wendy's said no problem come back tomorrow and they will be repaired did a great job and saved me lots of money.

Yesterday we went to Uluwatu temple and a monkey snatched my friends glasses (those of you planning a trip there, please be very careful. They are some of the most aggressive monkeys I have seen).
She needed new glasses. Luckily we found Wendy optical.
Went there this morning. Got a new one made. Will be delivered in 4 days to our villa.for no extra charge. Meanwhile Wendy gave her a pair of reading glasses to tide over till she gets the new ones … free of charge I may add.
Wendy and his friend were professional, charming, helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable.
Yet again, retail experience in Bali is top stuff. Hardly seen this kind of warm service anywhere.
If you need glasses or sunglasses this is place to go.

Widi and his team are very efficient and friendly. Could not recommend them more highly. We had the lenses for several pairs of glasses replaced at at least 50% of what the cost in Australia would have been. Also purchased two pairs of Rayban Wayfarer Max sunglasses at a third of Aust pricing. Excellent experience all round. Extremely happy!

I had been researching places to buy prescription sunglasses in Seminyak Bali and came across Wendy Optical. I am so pleased I found this place as the optician is very friendly and helpful. He checked my eyes and examined my existing glasses and he found that I needed some slightly different lenses to the normal which he was able to order for me. I chose Varilux lenses. His pricing is very reasonable and the quality is of a high standard. I am now in the possession of a beautiful new pair of sunglasses which I am very happy with. I highly recommend Wendy Optical.
