Watercress Cafe Ubud ulasan
35Food and cocktails are amazing here, but definitely the service goes above and beyond. Big shout out to Dede bartender - the tequila cocktail was amazing, and to Elin waitress. This girl is a treasure! So polite and caring! She was definitely one of the best waitresses I’ve met! The restaurant is very cute too, good vibes type of place.
Server Elin is awesome. The food is so delicious. Thanks chef Donny for the yummy food. Very recommended!
Favourite cafe I’ve found in Bali! Can tell straight away the owner is Aussie: Superb breakfast and amazing attentive smiley service. Love this place! Carrot cake is epic and they do a mean avo on toast. Like an Aussie brunch cafe but with even better service and food!
The food is just perfect. The best eggs Benedict in Ubud. I haven’t been able to get crispy bacon in Bali, but thanks to Angga they got it just right, even offering to take it back to the kitchen and cook it longer. You couldn’t ask for more kind, attentive service.
This was my favourite breakfast spot while staying in this part of Ubud. The vibe is great, the staff are so kind and friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. Yes it's pricier compared to some other breakfast spots, but I still think it's good value for what you get. Highly recommend!
Food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We tried many restaurants in Ubud. This one was one of the best.
I got the superfood bowl. It was pretty cheap but very filling and delicious. Our server, Deya was very friendly and attentive.
Great place to have dinner in the Center of Ubud. Lovely setting in the evening.
Wide range of dishes including multiple vegetarian options - this includes starters, mains and desserts.
Highly recommended
Dwi is the most amazing waitress we have ever met. She went above and beyond to make our visit special. We love you Dwi! Coming back soon (as in now) love you Dwi
Modern cafe for those who miss home or western brunch while in Ubud.
Environment 5/5
Coffee 3/5
Salmon Eggs Benny 4/5
Acai Bowl 4/5
Nice place, don't expect the best food. It's just not special food. You mainly pay for the experience
Had dinner here, my server ari was super friendly and helpful she recommended the burger and it was amazing! Great service and food
Super sweet staff. Had the Super smoothie and it was perfectly sweetened with fruit and cocoa and the smoked salmon watercress eggs benny was tasty: D
Nice enough place, nice enough space. Its not memorable though. We ordered some drinks and some snack stuff. Forgettable open sandwich that was nice. The memorable part was the fries we ordered. They came stacked like jenga, just 6 chunky AF fries. In Watercress' defence, they were good fries. Just a bit of a shock when you order fries and only 6 show up.
Again, the place isn't bad, it's not good, it's just nice.
Nice place but the drinks needs a major improvement. Had the hot chocolate but it was a disaster and the cookie which came with it wasn’t crispy. Live band wasn’t awesome too. Many other better cafes in Ubud. Won’t be back!
Excellent food, we ordered half of the menu and every dish was very creative and tasted amazing! Fantastic coctails too. Great staff, baby friendly (They have baby highchairs and some toys too)
We came to this cafe twice during our trip to Bali. The food is fresh and excellent. Some what pricy for Bali but worth it.
The breakfast (eggs Benny) is really good and would highly recommend their coffees. Chia pudding is not great. Also tried their burger which was juicy and satisfying.
Ambiance is nice. Sit on the upper floor
Nice upscale restaurant in middle of Ubud.
Our bellies had a slight Bali fever so we chose this place as safe option of Western dishes. We had beef burger and vegetarian burgers. Both were very good and we left satisfied. Flat white was closest to true thing made in Melbourne I've had outside of Australia.
The atmosphere was very cozy in the evening as they had a live band playing some acoustic indie covers.
The prices are quite high in Balinese standards, we paid 500K IDR for 2 burgers 2 coffees and 1 cocktail and a juice but overall were satisfied with our experience there.
We found a bug in our truffle aioli which came with polenta fries. Manager apologised and tried to do her best but not enough. When we got our receipt, no one asked if we feel satisfied and the conflict is resolved. Otherwise the food was ok.
Had one of the best croissant in my life! Maybe didn't plan to eat a croissant in Bali but you need to try this one!
Also great iced matcha latte and really tasty coffee! A bit more pricey than the other places around, but worth it for a little treat!
Completed with a nice and smiling service!
