Warung Lemongrass ulasan
42Small place. Only 5 tables, but the staff couldn't be friendlier! They give thanks even when you breathe. The food was very good and we ate with dessert and natural juices for 184,000 IDR (€11)
Absolutely recommended. Very warm and delicious at the same time.
Will definitely come back.
After an unforgettable day with Made, who drove us to beautiful places around Ubud, we asked him to go to his wife at Lemongrass and were surprised when a multi-course meal awaited us. The warung is small, very cozy and lovingly designed. The food was really Balinese, vegetarian and very, very tasty. A real insider tip when you're in Ubud!
Quiet warung on a street not far from the center of Ubud. Very warm service
Excellent meal, we enjoyed ourselves!
THANKS
Top class food! We ordered, chicken curry, chicken noodles, fried rice, chicken satay, spring rolls and every bite was an absolute dream. The satay sauce, oh my god! And the spicey sauce to dip with the spring rolls was magic!
Cannot rate this highly enough - the food was amazingly fresh, make sure you try the lemon juice and spring rolls. Excellent vegetarian selection too. We were around the corner but worth a trip for those looking for an intimate lunch or dinner spot. I think I can safely say my favourite restaurant in Bali!
I stayed in Ubud for a month and ate here over a dozen times - each time was equally as good as the last. Anna and her family were some of the friendliest and most polite people I’ve ever come across. This was by far my favourite warung and the quiet and peaceful setting was perfect. Make sure you try the spring rolls!
Lemongrass is a fantastic experience in every respect. The food is beautiful, fresh, & is clearly made with love & skill. It is also obviously a small*, intimate, family run restaurant which shines through via the happy and eager service from the whole family. (* when I say small - I mean tiny - so it might be worth booking. Which will be worth it). We had a wonderful dinner - I had a great satay chicken & my wife some beautiful dumplings & we finished some amazing Balinese sweet coconut pancakes Beautiful, simple, and authentic food. Can’t wait to come back.
We had lunch at this place as it was in our accomodation street, food was delicious and the staff was super friendly (they invited us to a small appetizer and did not charge the service). We really enjoyed the food at this place and would highly recommend it.
LOVE!
Had the veggie dumplings, white rice, and green salad - so so so good!
Service was beautiful, really quiet and quaint restaurant - tucked away from the busy busy streets in ubud, and in walking distance from the main strip.
Delicious home made food, just an absolute delight. My heart is full, so is my tummy:)
It is warung like these that make Bali so special, kindness and gentle nourishment best of luck to this beautiful family business
Incredibly affordable, if anything underpriced - giving a tip felt like paying a justice amount, support local
Om Swastyastu?
Very tasty, fresh, home made traditional food. Definitely worth doing an extra walk from the main road.
Excellent local spot with authentic delicious food. Off the busy main roads so makes for a peaceful and beautiful place to eat. Better quality and pricing than most places, so well worth going to. Got the spring rolls and chicken satay based on recommendations from others, both excellent.
I found Lemongrass via an internet search and was very glad I did. AS ADVERTISED! Home Style authentic Balinese cooking. Very friendly and very modestly priced. Will head back while I'm here.
We loved our meals at Warung Lemongrass. Anna and her mother make delicious meals and juices and are super friendly and welcoming. We tried just about everything on the menu over 6 nights and all was great but perhaps our favourite was the Gado Gado.
The food was simply delicious! All the dishes in the menu are fresh, tasty and the premises are clean. It's a little family restaurant hosted by very kind and friendly ladies. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
Wirklich top. Sehr leckeres Essen, etwas abgelegen und deshalb recht ruhig, guter Preis und nette Bedienung
Terrific little restaurant and well worth the short 500 metres walk off the main street. Food served is very fresh and tasty. Service is extremely warm and friendly and very welcoming. Well worth a visit. Prices are reasonable.
Cozy warung behind lots of green.
Our vegetarian dishes were perfectly seasoned and the waitress made sure we were ok with spicy food before seasoning. You can also look into the kitchen while your food is prepared.
In general a very nice and friendly atmosphere and fantastic food.
Absolutely recommended!
