Warung Jawa Timur

Warungnya makanannya enak, harga transparan dan terjangkau. Yang jualan adalah suami istri dari jawa timur yang super ramah. Sebagai orang Surabaya yang merantau, warung ini melepas rindu makanan Suroboyo.

Yang sudah dicoba adalah nasi goreng, nasi campur, capcay, sayuran hijau dan es jeruk. Semuanya enak dan habis.
Top deh, hampir tiap malam makan sini dah.

Amazing value Indo food at this excellent little warung patronised mostly by locals - and incredibly low prices apply to everyone. There is no 'tourist pricing' here. Modest but terrif nasi campur. Nice nasi goreng and mie goreng. Smallish serves, but given the miniscule prices, completely fair and appropriate. If you're after local food give this little gem a go. We ate there several times, and on each occasion spent no more than the equivalent of $3 (AUD) each, including iced tea. Personally, I hope they put their prices up to reflect the effort, long hours and quality they offer.

On our first visit, the place immediately proved to be a good choice, full of local people waiting for their meal. The choice of food is varied and very cheap, the cuisine is truly excellent. If you are looking for a real warung in the now westernized Ubud this place will have to be on your list.

Authentic food for a great price. It's always pretty busy so you gotta bring a little patience but it's definitely worth the wait. Would definitely recommend, we went here twice while staying in Ubud

Very Delicious! Cheap Prices like nowhere in Ubud, I can only recommend. They can do every normal dish vegetarian or vegan!

Whenever there is a crowd full of locals in a restaurant, you know it’s gonna be good.
I walked in and asked the man in line ahead of me what his favourite dish was, he gave me two, so I got both!
I can see why he couldn’t decide which one was his favourite, they were both outstanding!

Very cheap warung (10/15k) but stnafar quality. Good to fill your stomach for some pennies

We had Nasi Campur for 10k and it was good (rice + chicken, tempeh, vegetable, sprouts, peanut sauce). Very nice staff and the prices are incredibly low. I recommend this place.

It's been a while since we've been here and the food is still pretty good value. The sambal certainly isn't as spicy as it was in the past and it was a bit runny too. I don't know if they tend to use a lot of salt or even MSG but my partner and I are pretty thirsty now.

All in all its a great place to eat, especially if you're on a budget or have the need for a big meal at a good price.

I'm still just disappointed in that sambal, where was the heat?

To be honest one of the best places to eat local food in Ubud. Relation quality price is awesome. Also you can ask if anything has wheat and they will tell you (gluten free). Although it might have cross contamination. I’ve just turn out to be a fan of this place!
