6 We showed up and had just arrived in the area, they gave us menus but it was in Balinese but the first thing that caught my eye was the prices. Incredibly cheap. Right after another waitress came over and was quick to give us English menus and of course now the prices had more then doubled. But we ordered and it took an hour to get our food, in between we decided to have it to go because it would just take way to long.
When we got back to are stay the food was just not what i had hoped.
It might have been in off day because all the reviews have been good.
I really did want to like this place but I will not be back.
We had the Snapper and 'Ikan Awan' despite of the fishes being fried the food was amazing. They had this saute veggies on top of the 'Ikan Awan'. They also asked you the level of the chili sauce. The fish came with rice, steamed bean sprout and spinach. We also ordered tempeh and tofu which were also great. It's also a surprise they have 'Kolak' - a Javanese traditional drink with sweet potatoes and cassava in a coconut milk topped with palm sugar. Price wise they are pretty cheap. Just around 10 minute ride from Amed.
Very nice warung, looks really nice and clean. Food is delicious and tasty. Friendly staff and price!
Pesan capcay & fuyunghai, nasi, teh manis.porsi ekstra besar.buat 3 orang pada tepar kenyang.haha.rasanya enak, tempatnya bersih, harga murah.
Small warung or restaurant but nice and good food, I recomend to the people who plant to go to Amed for eating in this warung
My family loved the food. As we often do at restaurants, we ordered several different things even though we knew that might slow things up a bit. It did take a while, but the wait was worth it. The gado-gado was very good, and served not spicy for the kids. Grilled fish and chicken were served with grilled vegetables, potatoes and yummy rice. The cap cai was less amazing, but definitely passable.
We plan on coming back.
