Warung DAMUH

The restaurant is small but the food is delicious and very cheap, without the 20% tax charge like other restaurants. The owner is very cute, speaks good English, and has 4 clean rooms priced at about 600rp per night. Anyone who lives nearby can come and eat. The empty restaurant has about 5 or 6 tables that can serve about 20 people, but the food will have to wait about 30 minutes.

I'm really grateful that this place is here because it has become my go-to place for eating out. Visiting this place has been healing too. Their menu says that the food is prepared with love, and it's really true. It's one of my favourite places in Bali that combines simplicity, quality, good portion size, relaxed environment and so welcoming hosts. I can't really put it into words, just go there and ask them about their cakes!

It is truly a hidden jewel in Ubud area!

Food is very clean, no bad belly. I find restaurants and warungs in Ubud always (80%) make bad belly for me, but it never happens here. So I come back for several times to discover various food options on their menu, so far so good with a home-style flavor. Recommend chicken curry and Sate Ayam.

Took the “longish” scooter ride from Penestanan to Warung Damuh in Tampaksirig ~ and it was so worth it. The food was delicious. Agung is such a lovely hostess and a fabulous cook. The place is immaculate. Highly recommended

Nice little cafe with a sweet and friendly host. They also have 2 pet dogs and a cat which are friendly to visitors.

Vegetarian food options available.

During our roundtrip in Bali, we have been in many restaurants, famous and less famous. Though we avoided the Warungs as they are often below normal hygienic standards. But this is an exception. We even made a big detour to have lunch again. The ladychef owner loves cooking, has knowledge of Italian food and high hygienic standards. Price/quality far above all the rest we have been during the lovely 3 weeks we had in Bali. Hope one day to be back again.

Food is delicious. Great peaceful setting and such a welcoming environment. We even came here two nights in a row it's so good. Also the road is well lit at night so we could walk happily to and from our accommodation.

Not too crowded. I ate at 12pm and only me ate here which i really enjoy. The staff was really nice and know about the menu and detailing it to me when asked. I ordered chicken curry and the taste is very good and balanced. If you can't stand dogs i don't think this place is for you. Price is very cheap for me. 1 plate of curry for 30k much more cheaper than the one in ubud. Overall i really enjoy eating here

I love this place! Agung makes some of the best food I have had. She brings an Italian influence to her food which makes it extra delicious. I am going back soon!

Best Warung we had in Bali. The food is awesome! Great taste, fresh and made with so much love. And the owner Agung is such a lovely woman! If you stay in Ubud I recommend you to come to Warung Damuh.

Beyond our expectations The food is extremely good! We tried the soto ayam and ayam goreng and we were very surprised with the taste! The price is very affordable (the portion is big!) and the place is nice The owner is super friendly too. Will definitely come back again
