Warung Asia Thai Food

Great Thai food in Legian. Particularly liked ginger chicken, pinapple rice (almost enough for two), satay chicken skewers and masamam chicken (served in a whole coconut). Service and prices excellent, most meals around $6AUD. Barman is a legend, with the best smile, very unassuming. Recommended.

A lovely place with delicious and well priced Thai food. A very good option, the fruit juices are delicious.

I will say right off the bat that I give two stars for the cockroach on the glass where our cutlery was.

My husband ordered the massaman curry and was satisfied.
I ordered the mango salad and grilled fish. The fish was ok, but the rest was absolutely flavorless nonsense. A bowl of rice, no seasoning or dressing.

Thai food is not even in the air here.

It's not Asian food, it's world food. Taste is rated as medium. It's not about looking for it, but it's about passing by and listening to it.

The staff is really friendly and funny. The service was really quick and the food was incredibly delicious. And the price was cheap!

A really nice cafe for lunch, or not very fancy dining. Ordered crispy shrimp, Tom yum (quite spicy for Europeans but great), Tom kha (advised for those who are afraid of spicy food), Penang shrimp curry was absolutely amazing, not too spicy too walking distance from the beach, definitely advised

They make their curry pastes in house and it tasted quite good.

We really felt like we were in Thailand again. The food is amazing and the place is comfortable. I wish we had chopsticks available (truth be told I did not ask for them). Will definitely come back to try some more Thai delicacies.

Even though vegetarian dishes are not specifically noted in the menu but the restaurant could prepare good variety of vegetarian food. Staff are friendly and provide good recommendations.

The vegetable Thai curry was really nice, very creamy and lots of different veggies.
Atmosphere is really nice with the bamboo and lights in the evening:)
Spring rolls were nice too and very big!

I had the Green chicken curry 2 days in a row. Spring rolls and fried shrimp were really good too.

Setahu saya, satu dari dua restoran dengan menu Asia di sepanjang jalan itu. Jika dilihat dari tamu yang datang, sepertinya mereka orang-orang yang sudah sering berkunjung ke sana. Rata-rata mereka pebisnis. Suasananya tidak berisik sehingga cocok untuk rapat informal, atau perbincangan hangat.

Ketika saya datang, saya menjadi pemesan terakhir, karena restoran sudah hampir tutup. Namun demikian, makanan yang saya pesan, kaeng khiao wan (di menu tertulis: Thai green curry beef) masih terasa segar dan hangat. Rasanya otentik Thai.

Satu hal yang kurang, pelayanannya terlihat agak kurang sigap. Mungkin itu karena sudah terlalu malam, dan mereka sudah kelelahan.

A warning to fellow vegetarians: found lumps meat in a vegetarian dish here. But the place and the emloyees were lovely.

Well spiced, good portioned and chilled Waiters.
Meal was pretty good, but also nothing special.

Open again! Food is still great. Nice to see the same staff still here. Recommended for Thai food - especially the red chicken curry
