Warung amsha

Everything is great about this place. The only thing was that the place next to it was playing very loud music one night and it killed the vibe. Other than that food, service, juices, desserts, price: all 10/10

What an amazing host, chef and food. Don't just think twice - go there and order food. We are vegetarian and just loved the vegetable soup, Urab vegetables, tofu curry. They customised it as per our needs.

Warung Amsha is secluded and straight in front of the sea. It was cloudy and we were sitting facing the sea - It was just amazing time having conversation with my wife with sea breeze and lovely food.

We were lured by the good reviews. Unfortunately it was the worst meal we had in Bali so far. The smoothie was quite good.

The food was really tasty! The service was also friendly. We had tofu tempeh curry twice and it was very tasty. Also very inexpensive, recommended:)

Well, I cannot explain how much I love this place! The staff is really nice, there were three puppies and their mom that were absolutely adorable, and above all, the food was amazing. We went back there several times (meaning it was REALLY good).
Lots of vegetarian options! My all time favorite was the tempe sate, which is made with an incredible peanut butter sauce.
Plus, the food is not spicy! You can ask for spice but if you don't like spicy food, you don't have to worry about asking.
The only thing I could criticize would be the fried potatoes: they weren't crispy enough and the portion was pretty small.

Well the view is pleasant.the food is well stocked with meat but is a little lacking in vegetables…

Such great food, service and atmosphere here! Directly at the beach, the food is soo good that it is hard to describe. We travel in SEA for more than half a year and can honestly say that this is a very unique experience, that has a fine dining touch to it.
Rendang was mouth watering and lak-lak dessert afterwards… oh boy… dont forget to treat yourself here, fellow travelers!

Good Warung with a very nice scenery, with tables directly on the beach, feet in the sand, nice little lights. Good place to enjoy the sunset. On the food side, it really depends on what you take: the fish was really good - I took a fish ran dan which is a coconut / peanut sauce over local fish. However we changed the rice for fried noddles which I don’t recommend (they really not as good as many fried noddles we tried). The fish curry was also great but we wouldn’t recommend the fried tempeh which is a bit dry, lacking sauce. We tried the arak cocktail Balicoloda, which has a strong taste of alcohol but is nice.

We visited Warung Amsha when we were in Amed in Feb 2020 and were hoping it would still be here when coming back in April 2023. It is still here, and still with the same staff and amazing food. One of our favorite restaurants in Bali!

What an experience.

Very good vegetable soup and CapCay with vegetables from the organic family farm. ASK for additional homemade sambal. No plastic straws! And a sustainable mindset. We got our leftovers in a banana leaf for takeaway. For us a huge + and a reason to eat there more then once. No WiFi.

A local suggested this beach front resto when I was craving for some ceviche. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it here. Instead we got nasi campur and ayam something. The ayam’s spice dip had a little shrimp paste taste to it, so not sure if other people will fall in love with that. My nasi campur, on the other hand, was perfect. So filling. Their juice selection was great too! Instant favorite was their soursop + mint. It was quite refreshing! For dessert, we tried their lak-lak. The rice flour wasn’t that sticky, and the slightly burnt taste of the coconut sugar was perfect to balance this treat.

Great quite spot by the beach with kind owners who don’t oversell their dishes. They let the dishes speak for themselves through their flavors. They were reconstructing something at the front while we ate there, but hopefully that would be all done soon.

It’s off the beaten path. If you’re on the Amed strip (road), you need to turn off the main road and go down an alley and park. Once there you walk to the beach and turn left.

If you’re walking on the beach it’s easy to spot. There are a cluster of warungs. Amsha is in the middle.

OMG the Rendang was phenomenal! It was our first time trying it. We had chicken Rendang. We will be back to try the fish!

The vegetable Urab was delicious! We love vegetables. Amsha was the first restaurant we’ve been able to order Urab as a stand-alone dish.

The tofu curry was delicious! It came with a plate of rice. We put about half the plate of rice into the bowl of curry. Wow! Spectacularly scrumptious! We will be back!

Fresh Mahi mahi charcoal grilled. Fresh vegetables. Homemade Sambal freshly made every evening. Simple and tasty.
That was an amazing meal. Super friendly service. Great location.
In the right season the restaurant grow their own vegetables. Highly recommend.

Menemukan warung ini sekitar dua minggu lalu saat menyusuri pantai di Amed. Lokasi warung persis di pantai dan menghadap laut. Tempat sederhana tapi cukup nyaman.
Menu seperti kebanyakan tempat makan di daerah ini dan harga relatif murah khususnya untuk minuman.
Makanan dan minumannya enak menurut saya. Setidaknya untuk kopi, juice dan barracuda bakar yang saya pesan.
Pelayanan ramah dan cepat. Pasti akan menyempatkan mampir lagi jika lewat.

Very nice eating experience. Maybe the best along this beach. The food was great, nice menu. The service was better and they set a gorgeous table for us on the beach. The manager was very friendly. Mid meal some fishermen came in to land their vessel and all the dinner went out to help them bring their boat ashore. We had a great night
