We arrived around 1am. And we were very well received. The room is basic but clean. The swimming pool is really beautiful. Fan in the rooms which works well. Shower with lukewarm water. I recommend for the price. Very quiet night, no surrounding noise.
On the other hand, breakfast is no longer available since COVID 19.

The owner and the stuff were very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed was not the best due to the blocked sink (that’s people’s fault, better not bring sea sand to bathroom though) but then we asked to move the next door and it was all okay. They always cleaned the blocked bathroom, I appreciate that.

The pool was pretty clean, I was swimming almost every day and no infection! Much thanks to the stuff, they were very lovely.

Bathroom and bedcovers are not okay.
Even if you lock your room, the window beside the door can be opened - which makes the room unsecure.

The bathroom sink is also not okay.

Though they provide a cozy place, this inn can improve on a lot of things.

Having a lovely time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Pool is deep and warm.
The beach is a bit of a walk. You can always talk to the locals on the way. The people are very friendly.
The beach is not much good for swimming more of a surfers beach and not very clean. Nice and long though if you want a nice beach walk.

Waringin Homestay menjadi pilihanku liburan tahun baru 2023, karyawan yg sgt ramah, kamar tidur bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan yg aku suka handuk nya wangi banget, kolam renang air nya jernih, hanya saja tdk disediakan perlengkapan mandi sperti sabun, over all saya puas

Great pool, great service and great location. However, the rooms are very very basic and the water from the shower smells bad. But it is good for one or two nights.

Homestay terburuk yg pernah saya dapatkan selama di Bali. Harga cukup mahal utk fasilitas yg seadanya. 200K room dengan AC, tanpa fasilitas mandi dan bed yg sedikit kotor. Saya sedang terburu2 sehingga terpaksa stay disini. Receptionis tidak tersedia 24jam. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan dan tidak profesional. Lalu saya juga menyewa motor disini seharga 60K, motor dalam kondisi tidak baik bahkan sempat mogok kemudian kondisi helm sungguh rusak dan gatal di kepala. Pihak homestay memohon utk maklum atas kondisi motor dan helm tersebut, dan saya tidak komplain apapun. Tetapi ketika saya terlambat mengembalikan motor 1 jam saja, pihak homestay menuntut untuk membayar biaya tambahan, tidak toleransi sama sekali. Sungguh buruk. Saya sarankan utk mencari penginapan lain, byk yg lebih affordable dan pelayanannya lebih baik.

Kamar bersih, harga terjangkau, sarapan simple sesuai harga, owner friendly, lokasi mudah dijangkau, aman, nyaman juga buat yang liburan bawa keluarga.

Good location, close to the city but km a quiet area. Very good and big breakfast with options (the banana pancake was the best I had in Bali). Nice pool, it was just for us in the afternoon so we enjoyed it. Friendly staff, always smiling.
Good cleaning. The room it’s ok but could be better. No hot shower and only one towel for two people.

The room was very basic and the place was a lot smaller than it seemed online, the shower was tucked buhind the bathroom door. However it did only cost us $17 for the night and the hotel offered airport transfers for only 100,000rp (about $10aud) bargain. We were within walking distance to the beach, market shopping, and beach mall. For a cheaper option this place was pretty good.

Mobil bisa masuk cuma sayang parkir mobil jauh sekitar 50 meter dr homestay tp aman kok soalnya masih satu halaman gak jauh2 amat, jalan bawa kopernya yg lumayan buat olahraga.hehehe

Despite its locations in heart of kuta, we love it to stay here, gives homie kind of vibes. We stays 4 nights on our first visit and now we stays for 7 nights. The staffs are helpful and friendly, the room are clean, got swimming pool, easy distance to cafes or restaurants near Kuta or Legian.

In the heart of kuta, quiet guesthouse with very friendly staff. The rooms upstairs have hot water and balcony if you pay a little more, not a/c in mine though. Rooms are nice, with bathroom inside and very clean. Scooters and boat tickets to surrounding islands are available. Also, they can arrange many other things such as laundry. Access to the pool is 24/7, and no problem for night refreshing swim. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Night life as skygarden or the beach are at 5 minutes walking or less

Very well located in the heart of the city. Cool pool but didn't see much of a pool around the pool to hangout.

Wi-Fi works good in the reception area only. In the rooms it doesn't even connect.

U can rent the two wheeler at 50k idr/ day for rent.
