Except for the relatively remote location and not many activities, everything else is perfect! You can enjoy the sunset, private swimming pool, breakfast and bar at very reasonable prices. If you want to enjoy your vacation instead of visiting attractions, it is completely recommended! Can chill all day

Perfect for couples, less so for families. Super small, very intimate 5-star hotel where you feel at home. The villas are superb and their seafood soup magical!

A fantastic location. We have been here several times and are always thrilled. What we particularly liked this time was that our “loyalty” was rewarded with a “small” gift.

WakaGangga is a great place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink and our backpacks were carried straight into the rooms by the service staff. So we didn't have to worry about anything. We also got a free upgrade to a villa with a pool and this turned out to be an absolute highlight. We would recommend everyone to get a villa with a pool here. This is large enough to avoid the general pool. There is a small but nice fitness room with a view of the water. The SPA offer was also great. In general, everything is thought of here and the service was always impeccable. Rarely have I seen such attentive staff. What you should know is that the hotel is not centrally located and the only way to get back inland is by taxi. Nevertheless, the hotel offers many free day trips, so you could do something different every day without any worries. The hotel has direct access to the beach, but swimming here is not recommended due to the high currents. But this doesn't bother you because the community pool is right in front of it. We can only recommend 3-5 days at this resort.

We had a big room that had a desk/office area, a sitting area, a backyard with a gazebo, an open closet area for our luggage an outdoor shower. But we really appreciated the indoor shower/bathroom (which is not always the case in Bali). Also we liked the canopy and mosquito drapes over the bed because there are critters all around. The restaurant was pretty good although limited if staying longer than a week. The service was fast when asking for room service or housekeeping. The resort pool was clean, but a little small. However it is right on the Indian Ocean although the waves were rough most days and swimming was not encouraged for safety reasons. The fitness room was a nice addition but small - four people was about the maximum it could hold to get a decent workout. There is a spa but we didn’t use their services. The resort is not centrally located but they provided a free shuttle into Canggu for shopping and restaurants. Be advised that there are stone stairs leading to some of the villas which may be difficult for some people.

Excellent room, however extra care must be taken when navigating around the premises especially at low light.

The villas do in fact match the photos presented on the site. The on site spa and restaurant offer gorgeous views of the beach and plenty of service options. Hotel also will call a personal tour guide on site to take you around the island which makes for a convenient stay outside the busy city area!

We arrived early afternoon and it is now 7: 30 pm and our room is still not ready. The manager is in hiding. I think this place still has not recovered from COVID. You cannot even get a glass of water without paying. Disappointing. Check current reviews before booking.

So welcoming and friendly. Would totally recommend as a relaxation spot. Had a couple of amazing spa treatments too which was wonderful. Would love to come back one day

Beware of lizards and insects since it is near rice field and beach, apart from that its a good place to be with really friendly staff and a fantastic chef.

Amazing place right next to beach. You can walk to the beach from there. The rooms are beautiful and the service is very friendly.

Excellent place. The staff headed by Mrs. Ni Wayan Kasiani is so friendly and helpful. It's amazing.
It's on the sea front and so peaceful. It's as if you are in another world.
The food too is excellent. And I think they make their own croissants and muffins. They are to die for. You don't feel like going back.

Last stop on our Bali trip, this was the absolute highlight! It is a little off the beaten path, so the surrounding area is nice and quiet. The resort itself is beautiful, with every guest staying in their private villas. The staff is incredibly friendly and we would have loved to extend our stay there.

Resort next to the beach at a good price to be a high end one. A bit far from the touristic part since you can’t swim on the beach due to the strong currents. The beach there is not very nice but villas have private swimming pools. Restaurant with direct views to the beach. Breakfast with closed menu as opposed to buffet. Internacional food on the menu.
