Villa - quiet (maybe one geko on the roof), beautiful scenery, no people (maybe one neighbor in the second villa but unlikely), good service, good food. Massage in the villa room (cheap), laundry service within the room (cheap).
Able to arrange a small child bed for extra cost (pricy).
Area - again, quiet and pretty, no traffic, no people. Also people are nice.
