I have stayed here for several times and it was one of the best value hotel in Bali. Most recommended and will visit Puri Royan whenever i go to Bali.

Overpriced place, everything is too old, the place is more like an abandoned hotel. Friendly but lazy and useless staff.

Cool hotel. It's not brand new, but clean and tidy with spacious rooms. There are also family villas. The owner lives right there and makes repairs slowly, so in the near future I think it will be even better here!
Now during the renovation there is no breakfast, but everything is pretty close and in general you can always cook yourself - there is a kitchen.
The courtyard is very quiet) to the ocean 70 meters. Shops, restaurants and spas within walking distance.
In general, I am satisfied - in my opinion, the price corresponds to the quality.

Thought we got scammed and the place didn't exist when we pulled up. No sign, building falling apart. After looking around though it was Like a horror movie. Stained bedding, no trees by the pool, reeked of raw sewage. Photos make it look like a paradise but it's nothing like the photos. They must have been taken the day it was made. Wife was almost in tears, we got the taxi to bring us elsewhere and are so happy we abandoned our reservation.

Neither done nor to be done. This hotel has been abandoned for a while, judging by the state of disrepair of the facilities, most of the rooms are covered in mold, the linen is dirty, the bathroom is dilapidated, no pressure in the shower, almost never hot water, blocked toilets, ventilation which makes a noise of helicopter.
We had to change rooms twice because of the broken air conditioning and leaking toilets, and spent a whole day without water without the owner doing anything to fix the problem, no excuses, no complaints.commercial gesture.
The swimming pool is not maintained, it is a breeding ground for bacteria, and the plants in the garden that we see in the photos have been cut, no service on site.
Since the recent change of owner the prices have even increased, they do not seem to care about their customers and are only interested in us when it is time to claim payment for the room.
Work is in progress but only to renovate the entrance of the hotel and attract tourists into their trap, to flee.

The beds were really nice, we slept well after a long flight. The people were very nice, the neighborhood is easy going, good priced restaurants very nearby and it's located conveniently close to the airport (without hearing any airplane). The hotel and rooms looked a bit worn out over all, but when we were here they were buisy renovating.
All in all a good hotel for the price you pay.

Kamarnya luas, ada dapur dan kulkas sendiri, ruang tamu juga luas, kamar mandi luas dan ada bath tub, pengelola hotel ramah banget feels like home, next ke Bali nginep disini lagi. Very recommended hotel for staycation.

I lived here for a few months during my semester at udayana university. So much love for the Villa Puri! I’m still missing the breakfast every day (after 5 years)

It's a very well located (adjacent to the beach in Jimbaran) Hotel & the property is very nice. But the major issue is with maintenance. The staffs do not maintain it properly, thus there is clumsyness in many places starting from room, pool to restaurant.

Our room was situated in the second floor and we could see the ocean and watch sunset from the balcony. The room was quite old, some facilities in the room would need to get fixed (both doors, bathroom, walls) and the bed linen and towels were a little bit old / dirty. The pool was good and the breakfast was good, but could have more options for people with gluten-free diet, as my husband could only eat omelette (just 1 egg) and fruits. Nevertheless, it was a good value for money.

Had some fun times with my friends recommend this place if you like pools great simple food for breakfast
