1-Impossible to sleep in this place where wild dogs bark incessantly in the middle of the night at least for 2 or 3 hours every night.
There are many wild dogs in Bali but none bark like this at night.
2-The manager asked us for a supplement because our flight was delayed and we couldn't be on time for check-in (2 hours late), the first time this has happened to us. We obviously didn't pay
3-Impossible to swim in the swimming pool, extremely dirty.
4- Very very difficult access, by car almost impossible the path and very narrow, I advise you to underinflate your scooter tires if you do not want to get a puncture.
In short, I think the place has potential but has deteriorated a lot in recent years. This could be a nice place too bad. But I don't recommend at all

We've been living here for several months now. The place is wonderful.
There are only 6 houses on the territory and mostly people rent for a long time. The territory has a beautiful swimming pool, a garden, and from the second floors of the houses you can see the ocean. 7 dogs live here. Don't be scared, they will bark at you, but they will never bite you, and after three days they will get used to it and will greet you joyfully. They don't make breakfast anymore, the common area is closed, under reconstruction. But provided that all houses (except the tiny house) have a kitchen with a refrigerator, then the question seems to disappear. There is a shared kitchen for the tiny house, but I don't know anything about it. Cleaning is done once a day or upon request. We live in a small two-story house, we have a refrigerator, gas stove, air conditioning, internet, everything works great. There is hot water in the shower, but not very large volume. One person can easily wash his hair once, then he will have to wait until it warms up. When it rains, a little water floods onto the first floor, but this is not at all critical, you can easily remove the water. The main worker of the villa, Cinta, speaks excellent English and will help with any question. If suddenly something is not in her control, she will definitely contact the owner of the villa, Paul, and he will solve all the problems.
The owners of the villa, Paul and Caroline, live nearby in a neighboring villa and come every day to feed the dogs. Therefore, if you have any questions, you can always contact them and they will help you.
The villa is located a little far from the village, so you will need to get to the shops by scooter, but because of this, the area is very quiet and no strangers will wander in here. There is a golf club nearby, which will save you from the possibility of noise/unexpected construction, etc.
The beaches will also need to be reached. 10 minutes from Geger Beach on one side and 15 minutes from Pandawa Beach on the other side. The nearest warungs are Local price and a coffee shop nearby. It's delicious and very cheap. Opposite there is a small shop like alfamarta.
Provided that I don’t really like Bali, the Nusa Dua area and specifically this place makes me very, very happy.

THE ONWER PAUL IS VERY RUDE

I booked a villa through a platform and requested to change the dates. However, the owner, Paul, was extremely rude when he told me that my credit card was not confirmed. Despite me contacting customer service who confirmed that my card was fine, he still went ahead and booked the villa for the day before my booking without any prior notice.

I was shocked at how he treated me, especially since my card had already been confirmed. When I asked him to cancel the booking, he refused even though he had already booked the villa.

Booked thru Agoda. We checked-in, but then came the host and said that there was miscommunication with the staff and the hotel is overbooked. So, we had to leave. He assured me that they will give money back. But after applying for charge back to Agoda, he changed his mind and claimed that we tried to check in too late (we did it at 3pm)

Whilst we did enjoy our stay at Villa Anjing 2 there are a few things I would've like to have known before my stay:
Pros:
Villa Anjing literally translates to "Dog Villa". If you like dogs there's plenty of them here.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a desk area and good air conditioning.
The gardens are pretty and you fall asleep to the sounds of nature.
The cleaning staff are excellent and friendly and clean the room every day.
You can rent a scooter from the property.
The manager, Doddy was always pleasant.
Some restaurants in the area offer a free collection & drop off service: W Gourmet, The Woodshack and Nyugmen Beer Garden.
Gojek also delivers takeaways to Villa Anjing 2.
Paul, the owner, was available on WhatsApp if we had any questions.
Water dispensers provided clean drinking water.
There are numerous beautiful beaches within driving distance.
Cons:
The 300m stretch from the main road to the villa is appalling. It's completely broken and incredibly bumpy. Cars shouldn't drive it for fear of getting stuck and bikes risk punctures.
The address given to us on Airbnb was for 'Villa Anjing', not 'Villa Anjing 2' so we were not where we thought we would be staying.
If you book transfers from Villa Anjing 2 be sure to emphasize the "2". Three separate drivers went to the wrong villa and couldn't find Villa Anjing 2.
The location is not within walking distance of anything so you need a scooter or some mode of transport. It's a 10 minute drive into Nusa Dua and 20 minutes to Uluwatu.
There's no breakfast or laundry service available.
The swimming pool was murky and at times, completely green.
Our booking said we had a kitchen. We did not. We had a sink, fridge and water dispenser. We were told we could use the shared kitchen that had a stove. One of the two rings worked. The kitchen was very dirty and not hygienic, I didn't feel comfortable cooking in it. The pots had no handles and the teatowel wasn't changed for 10 days.
There was a tree that leeked massive amounts of sap just outside our terrace that had a very bad smell, thus making our terrace unusable, unfortunately.
Whilst we really liked the dogs at Villa Anjing they liked to sit on the seating area on our terrace, so the seating didn't smell great and was covered in dog hair.
The entire complex needs some TLC to make it more comfortable and appealing to guests.

I would use Villa Anjing 2 for a couple of nights to explore Nusa Dua & Uluwatu. I wouldn't go back for an extended relaxing, carefree stay - which is what we were looking for.

The road to this guesthouse is the worst. The worst! Don’t arrive at night, because of the bad road and also the many dogs will bark and bark until they know you.
We had a ‘Villa With Sea View’ and you must go outside to your balcony and then downstairs outside to your private bathroom. So you must put clothes on to go to the toilet.
