7 THEY USE THE HOTEL AS A HOSPITAL!
In one of the photos you can see the queue of patients and the nurses who perform the check-up and charge for the service.
Our stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare that we cannot stop sharing. We arrived at our destination in Bali excited, ready to relax in the hotel we had reserved for three days. However, from the moment we set foot on the property, our dreams of a pleasant vacation were shattered.
After a long journey, we decided to spend the afternoon at the hotel and take advantage of the pool. However, we soon realized that something was seriously wrong.
The final straw came at breakfast the next day. As we tried to enjoy breakfast, nurses were swarming around, performing medical checkups on visibly ill people. A hotel or a makeshift hospital? We weren't sure at the time. We were surrounded by people coughing, wearing masks, even people who couldn't walk and had to carry them, and even holding x-rays. In a hotel restaurant! Oh really? It was like being stuck in the middle of a pandemic instead of a vacation.
When we found out that the hotel was using their rooms for medical consultations and treatments, we couldn't take it anymore. We decided we had had enough and looked for another place to stay. While we shared our complaints with the receptionist, who was very embarrassed, she did not deny us at any time everything that happened. We cannot shake the feeling of having been deceived and trapped in an experience that we did not ask for or that we were informed of.
In a blatant attempt to avoid negative reviews, they pressured us to cancel our reservation before refunding us. This only increased our distrust of this place since in this way we could not make our review on Booking. Even though we spent one night and paid for it, I think it's crucial to warn other travelers about this terrible experience. This hotel clearly prioritizes profit over the well-being of its guests, and it is our moral duty to warn others so they don't make the same mistake we did. Avoid this place at all costs!

Keep in mind that right now there is a renovation going on with hammer drills. We were kindly NOT informed about this at check-in. It's good that they didn't pay right away.
The staff, of course, tried to offer options, but this should be reported immediately, and not actually solve the problem if the client is not satisfied with the repair)
Best experience hotel to stay so far in bali. The employee so humble and helpful. The room is clean and spacious and i love the ambience of the hotel so chill and quite. Will definitely stay here again!
Friendly staff. Although the room was lacking things, they provided them as when we requested. But, as we enter the room there was a very strong smell perhaps from the sewage system, rooms/kitchen could be checked as there are things to be fixed I hope the owners will look into this.

Old Hotel and Expensive, in my opinion this hotel is not feasible to operate, because there are rooms that have poor facilities, this is an example of the room I mean, We were disspointed!
