Viceroy Bali

Having visited Bali many times we were extremely pleased to have found the Viceroy. Everything about the Viceroy is incredible. From the way the property is maintained to the way you are treated by the staff. It is evident that the establishment is exceptionally managed. When we return to Bali we will not consider staying anywhere else. During our most recent visit this was the only resort we did not leave while we were there. Thank you to all the staff and management for making this the highlight of our trip. Also anyone visiting Ubud must have dinner at Aperitif. We travel regularly and have visited many of the world’s best restaurants. Aperitif is one of them. We recommend the wine pairing which is presented by a world class sommelier. The 1930s bar has a billiard table, cigar lounge and serves amazing cocktails. The spa treatments were next level. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. And the resort has a helipad. Our next trip to Bali will be to the Viceroy. Forget anywhere else.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful place. The staff was phenomenal. Bar and restaurant were gorgeous and delicious. Very relaxing but yet had options to do when we wanted. Also had a great shuttle service to town. Dewa, our driver, was amazing. Felt like we were staying with family!

This is as good as it gets. We enjoyed our time here immensely. Wonderful staff and immensely talented and down to earth owner and family who know how to build and run at top tier 5-star resort. Food is excellent and their speak easy bar is a masterpiece in every way. It’s not often we stay at resort at this price point and come away thinking we got an excellent value, but this in the exception. There are so many amazing places to stay in Bali, and this is truly at the top of the list. We will return many more times.

For those looking for a private and luxurious couples escape, the Viceroy has no peer.
We are limited to 5 stars when in fact it is more impressive than this. It is without equal.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left we felt very welcomed by the staff. Very helpful, super friendly and always attentive to all our needs/requests.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the center of Ubud and the most tourist attractions. They also offer transfers to 2 areas of the center.

The hotel has incredible facilities, breathtaking views and magnificent rooms. The bed is super comfortable and the service exceptional.

No negative points to speak of.
I can only recommend the Viceroy.

Spent 4 nights in viceroy before moving onto Seminyak for a week. The whole week in Seminyak I've found myself comparing everything to the high standards I experienced in Viceroy. It's a beautiful hotel with an incredible backdrop, the food in cascades and aperitif was mega, the staff couldn't be more helpful and even got a visit from a monkey! Can't wait to come back!

Ada lima kategori kamar di Viceroy Bali: Pool Suites (4), Terrace Pool Villa (4), Deluxe Terrace Pool Villa (14), Vice Regal Villa (2), Viceroy Pool Villa (1). Kita stay diantara Pool Suite dan Deluxe Terrace Villa.
- Vila Deluxe Terrace (150 m2/1.615 kaki persegi) Ini salah satu vila terbaru di resort ini, dibangun pada tahun 2011. Desain modern tetapi tetap mempertahankan keaslian Bali, dan memiliki infinity pool yg besar menghadap ke jurang hutan dengan bale tradisional Bali yang menggantung di tepi sungai. Antar ruang bisa dihubungkan melalui teras jadi bisa buat vila keluarga dengan dua kamar tidur. Perbedaan utama antara Deluxe Terrace Villa dan Terrace Villas adalah orientasi bale luar ruangan & ukuran private pool.
- Viceroy Pool Villa (400 sqm/4,300 sqft) Vila presidential dengan dua kamar tidur. Vila ini sangat ideal untuk keluarga dengan dua kamar tidur utama dengan kamar mandi dalam, kolam renang air panas luar ruangan yang besar dan taman, atau untuk berbulan madu karena kemewahannya yang luar biasa dan kolam renang pribadi sepanjang 15 meter. Vila ini terletak di bagian bawah properti, menawarkan privasi maksimal dan lembah serta sungai yang rimbun sebagai latar belakang.

Servis:
- Kami disambut dengan nama di kantor depan dan mereka sangat membantu dalam membantu kami dengan masalah kecil termasuk memperbaiki kacamata kami yang rusak, dan mengatur transfer untuk teman-teman kami yang menginap di vila terdekat
- Staf restoran dan tepi kolam sangat baik dan sangat memperhatikan dgn detail, termasuk mengingat nomor kamar kami dan menyapa kami setiap kali dengan senyum hangat ke mana pun kami pergi

Helipad

Such a wonderful place to stay in Ubud. The hotel is spotless and the staff are so amazing and kind. Everyone pays attention to detail and I would recommend the Viceroy 100% for a blissful Bali holiday.

Simply amazing layout. Good for relaxing and very enticing atmosphere. Private pools just in front of the rooms make it even more homey.

Love it, got a great package deal on my trusty Travelzoo and I loved the location and the service was top notch. The massages were one of he best in the world and I’ve been many places

One of the top resorts we’ve stayed at. The pools are heated which is a rarity amongst high-end resorts. The luxury, intimacy and views here are unparalleled. We love it. Surga kecil di Ubud. Nice resort. Worth it banget apa yang kita bayar dengan apa yang kita dapet. Mewah banget. Kamar luas, amenities lengkap, kamar mandi gede, Kolam renang privatnya airnya hangat jadi gpp pas kalian pengen berendem tengah malam. Kemana2 dianter boogie jadi ga perlu jalan capek2. Welcome drink nya enak. Kalau pas breakfast jangan lupa pesen yogurt Scramble Ama mie goreng. Enak banget. Pelayanannya bagus banget. Thanks viceroy for the experience

A great, high-end hotel. Beautiful jungle views, delicious food, but most importantly very friendly and helpful staff. Everybody was always smiling and welcoming.
