We had a fantastic time planning our wedding with varawedding! Special kudos to Carlin, our wedding planner for being so meticulous, patient and creative with our ideas and requests. There was never a moment which we felt lost or overwhelmed as Carlin always reassures us that she got it all covered.

On the wedding day itself, we were so impressed with Carlin and the wedding team's coordination and organisation skills! They made sure that we day went smoothly and were quick to resolve any issues that came up.

Even after the wedding, Carlin and her team made sure that our guests went home safely and constantly check in on us to make sure everything is okay!

All in all, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have their dream wedding in Bali to engage varawedding. They are truly the best in class and you will be well suited to your needs.

Baru last week aku wedding sm vara wedding! Sbnrnya ini wo udah 3x turun menurun dari kakak & sepupu aku, akhirnyaa akuuu nikah jg sm mereka.so far, dr 6 tahun lalu dr pas kakak akuu jd di pegang sm team yg sama, ga pernah berubah mereka baik2 semua.cepat juga dan tanggap.kemarin pas aku nikah juga gituuu! Things were put in place by the team few months prior and before the wedding day all things are already put in place.
Wedding day was nothing but excellent execution.

Barely had fun… our wedding turned beautiful in terms of decor & venue. However i have to say in terms of their recommendend itinerary i was a bit upset I spent all this money only to enjoy 2 hrs of fun (I missed golden hour for “touch up”) so definitely scrutinize their itinerary if you’re someone who likes to party & have actual FUN! This is coming from a brides point of view. I feel like these types of things could have been better communicated if we had actual zoom meetings or something instead of WhatsApp messages. In addition I had a budget, lots of surprise costs for me.my planner kept assuring me there was enough time to plan but it wasn’t for me as someone who likes to take their time making decisions (hired them 3 yrs ago, didn’t really start planning until like a couple months beforehand - and that was AFTER me bugging them to start planning) although wedding was beautiful, decor could have been cut in half after seeing…. Things that could have been better: budget planning, earlier planning, face to face meetings, clearer communication…. I had a 30k budget for 45 people which you would think is more than enough…. If you have unlimited budget & you don’t care about details they’re perfect for you…

On the plus side my planner was very responsive.
