The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the villa's landscaping is beautiful All the staff at the breakfast restaurant are friendly and always attentive.

What was disappointing was that requests were not reflected well; Requests for facility repairs sometimes took more than a day, simple requests had to be made more than three times, and some were not even resolved until check-out;; I was very confused because they didn't notify me in advance about any changes regarding check-out;; The staff were all friendly, but I felt that there were some shortcomings in the system;;

We stayed here for 3 nights, the villa is exquisite, the private pool is massive and The jacuzzi is heated not that you need it. The resort is quite remote and we ordered room service most days as the villa was amazing. After the recent rebrand as the LXR some restaurants were on soft opening but everything ran smoothly.

This hotel is nothing short of perfection. Stunning accommodations, wonderful food and incredible staff. Our villa was gorgeous, with a private pool and hot tub. The views are great from all of the restaurants, too. Ramses checked us in on arrival and made a genuine connection with us and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Each of the buggy drivers chatted with us, knew our names and remembered stories day to day. We also had a lovely server, Lastri, at both restaurants.
I highly recommend visiting this resort on your trip to Bali!

Amazing resort! Huge 403 sqm villa with over 10m+ swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everthing is just renovated and looks brand new.
The service is so good, our curator Ira takes care every part during my stay. All staff are friendly, professional and responding.
The breakfast a la carte menu is the most expanded one I have ever seen, diamond member can order everything from menu without limit.
Overall I really recommend this resort and will come back.

Until today, I had my third day at 'Umana Bali LXR', I've had the most incredible room and dining experience among all the resorts I've ever visited. The tableware from the local ceramics company 'Kevala' is particularly astonishing. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff are a shared experience beyond singling out any one individual. I'm definitely planning my next visit and won't hesitate to recommend it to close friends.

This hotel is amazing. The staff and service are excellent, attentive and pay very close attention to every detail. The online pictures of the villas don’t do them justice; they are much nicer in person. The hotel’s location is perfect - accessible to other parts of town but quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Umana Bali, a brand new luxury resort in Uluwatu, and it was an exquisite experience. Our stay in the Ocean View Panoramic Villa was stunning. The villa was huge, expansive, beautifully styled, and had a private pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast at the Commune restaurant was a highlight, the service and food quality were exceptional. The bar by the main pool provided a picturesque setting for enjoying sunset drinks. Massage at their spa was the most relaxing in my life, especially with their incredibly comfortable mechanical beds – a true relaxation haven.

I must extend a separate thank you to our butler, Bagus, whose attentive assistance made our stay memorable. He's the best!

The room is very large and comfortable. Every waiter is very kind and enthusiastic, especially Agus, who served us very attentively. The aunt in the children's playroom is also great, and the waiters in the restaurant are also very attentive! A place where you can see everything from sunrise to sunset
I was able to truly feel rested.
From Ramses, who first greeted me, to the staff I met frequently, they remembered my family and children's names and called me, and even remembered my lake name, so I felt like I was receiving great service.
The kids club staff also said that the kids enjoyed the kids club more than swimming because they played with such sincerity that the child sweated.
All the food is great too. It was a shame that Olivera wasn't open, but I was able to look around Olivera thanks to the staff's consideration. I saw such a fantastic view that I wanted to come back again to eat food at Olivera.
Although it is not connected to the beach, they pick you up by car, and Umana has its own sunbed and staff are stationed at the beach, so you can enjoy the beach comfortably.
It was a truly memorable trip because Ramses, as the curator, kindly took care of the trip from the beginning to the end:)

If I come to Bali again, I would definitely visit again

I had the pleasure of spending 5 magnificent nights at Umana LRX Bali, and I can confidently say that this is the hotel with the best service in Bali!

I travel around the world, staying in the best hotels such as Burj Al Arab, The Ritz-Carlton, , Aman Tokyo or Four Seasons Hotel George and the service in Umana deserves special recognition.

The villas are modern and beautifully renovated, featuring a stunning pool and incredible panoramic views of sunsets from the villa. The staff pays attention to every detail, delivering fresh fruits and delicious cookies to the villa every day.

The breakfast is phenomenal, and I highly recommend trying the Umana Breakfast with avocado and lobster. The gym is new and equipped with all the necessary equipment, and the spa is excellent. There's even a dedicated space for yoga! Oh, how gladly I would spend 2 weeks here.

Umana LRX Bali is truly a gem that exceeds expectations.

I can't wait to return and experience the unparalleled luxury and hospitality that Umana LRX Bali offers once again.

Spent 2 nights here and it was absolutely amazing. The villa was perfect, very spacious with living, dining, bathroom and bedroom with private swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Some of the activities you can experience here is cooking class, yoga, spa, wine & cheese tasting and also sunset cocktails at the pad bar. It was fun, you don't even need to leave the property. The staff is very helpful too, especially our curator (personal butler) Bagus & his team, prompt in attending every needs. You don't need to walk because they have buggy to take you all around the facility. They have chapel for wedding with beautiful cliff view of Melasti beach and beautiful Mediterranean fine dining Olivierra set to be opened soon, can't wait!

I had an amazing 3 nights stay with family at Umana. All of us were very happy with the overall hospitality, beautiful, luxurious and pristine 2 bedrooms villa as well as the spectacular ocean view. The private villa pool was big and made us a bit “lazy” to go outside.

Every food we ordered from the restaurant and in-room dining was very tasty and freshly cooked to perfection.our favorite meals were the rib eye steaks, pork ribs, and the pasta carbonara.

Special thanks to the entire Team at Umana, especially Rian (Was surprised that he actually did provide us with rambutan in the room as we were only jokingly wanting some), and everyone was attentive, quick responding and caring during our stay.

We left with joyful heart. Thank you.
