Ultimo Italian Restaurant

An Italian restaurant that I always go to when I go to Bali.
At that time, the cost performance was good and the taste was great.

Wow! Food, service, atmosphere. All just wow! We were a table of 6 adults all ordering different dishes. Every single one was exceptional. Waiters were very attentive. Stunning atmosphere, ambience very romantic under the stars, although they do a little theatrical closing and re-opening of the retractable roof. Bathrooms very clean. Good portions. Pricing was appropriate, in fact outstanding value for money.

Although the steak had a lot of fat, it was cooked rare and well-cooked, so it was delicious. I ordered and tried all the cocktails sold from 4-6 p.m. And they were all delicious. These menu items are perfect as a snack with wine.

One star for food because the Utimo pizza that we ordered tasted like it was infused in salt. When we provided feedback that it was too salty, the server merely said “Parma ham is salty”. We asked him to try it himself and that’s when he brought the pizza back to the kitchen, and came back saying “this is standard pizza”. The supervisor Santi was better at service recovery and took the pizza off the bill, she was definitely more customer centric.

Atmosphere is also so so - the place is large but the fans are insufficient to cool the area.

Ultimo is an Italian restaurant that I often visited in the past. Now ultimo comes with a new feel in the same place, but with a more comfortable and relaxed vibe. The taste of the food is very delicious and classy.

The pollo valdostana, pasta and crème brûlée were great. Had pizzas too but weren’t that good

Fettuccine with pesto perfect both cooking and seasoning. In Italy it is difficult to find it with potatoes and green beans.
Very good pizza also for the Italian palate, thin but tasty.
Excellent cleaning, very nice to see how they cook: they prepare the pizza at the moment we were very afraid of frozen.
You can wait for the table to become free on a small terrace which unfortunately overlooks the street but is still a valid alternative.

Great service, good drinks. Came here twice for happy hour. Spicy melon margarita is very good. Great vibe with the chill jazz music.

Ultimo never disappoints my 10th time here in bali and have always had ultimos on the checklist I had a delicious waygu steak and my friend had the trio of pastas we both loved our meals. The staff were very friend and live music was great

Honestly the BEST Italian Food I ate in my life! I visited 2 years ago and till today I am craving their food. It will definitely be the first restaurant I visit when I come to Bali. We ordered the burata salad (called Caprese I think), seafood spaghetti and pizza with vegetables. Everything was so good, the food the vibes and the price was very reasonable. Must try!

Last time came here for my friend birthday, it was very nice. The atmosphere was great, when we just arrive is cloudly and we sat in outdoor, was worry it will rain, but they have automatic roof that pretty cool. Live music was nice. I love the salmon, dessert and complimentary bday cake are delicious. Recommended

Love the food and the atmosphere. Love the service as well. No carpark available around this area so if you drive, you have to find a place to park your car first.

Best service from staff, food is amazing too. I go to Ultimo every time I'm back at Bali, there was once they had to change our seats and we were totally cool with it but they decided to charge us only for one person. I was shock as it was not necessary and too generous of them.

Had a portion of lamb chop, half portion of duck ravioli, all were perfectly cooked. Perfect choice for a dinner with your special one

Great Italian Resto in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. Everything here is perfect. The price is still reasonable due to quality.
The Live Music Performance was great

Another superb meal. Couldn't fault the food, service and atmosphere. Every time We've been has been as good as the last, which is why we keep coming back.

Ultimo is always number one choice for dinner in Seminyak. The price and the taste are unbeatable. The only minus is the place always fully booked and you need to wait about 15 minutes for the next table. Just like Italian said: numero uno. Keep on the good works

Very large place which is more upscale. Live music in the back. A bit more expensive than other places but worth a bit more too.

One of the great italian restaurant with a very reasonable price in town. You can also order steak from the restaurant beside them (it is still one group). I had tried their ravioli and taste was great.
