Ultimate Fitness Holiday

I did the bootcamp in Bali last January for three weeks and loved it so much! I wish things will go back to normal again soon because I would, without a doubt, book again. I miss the sun, the beach, the super nice food and the clubbing at night!
Aldhi and Karlotta were just great, súper motivating and fun to hang around with after the training sessions. A wondeful experience that I can hopefully repeat very soon!

I've spent 2 amazing weeks at the Mallorca winter bootcamp and thoroughly enjoyed it! The training sessions with Karlotta have really helped me improve my form, and she was great at giving me that push to keep going when I was ready to give up! Having the yoga to help relax and the private pool to jump in after a workout was awesome! Great vibes in general! Highly recommend!

I went to the Bali Bootcamp in 2018 and it was AWFUL.for so many reasons that I will write about when I have time. Definitely a dodgy outlet to say the least. My advice? Just book a holiday near a gym or stick with the reputable outlets.

Spent 2 amazing weeks working out in paradise with UF. Everything was fantastic from the food, to the workouts, and the optional activities. Chris and Asanka did an incredible job bringing all the guests together and keeping upbeat the entire time. They work so hard and clearly love their jobs. I also want to point out how clean and comfortable the accomodation was. I made friends for life here and I will miss everyone so much. Thank you for everything Asanka, Chris and the rest of the team.

I have unfortunately booked with Ultimate Fitness Holidays/Xtreme gap (the same company) the Fitness Bootcamp in Thailand where the company expects from the prospective online victims to pay 1746 UK £ for three weeks and stay in a very basic hotel which costs 300£, 100 pounds per week. XG/UFH pleads that you will train with elite athletes and celebrities and you will have the attention of leading experts trainers that have competed in international competitions, and it won't break the bank. The gym that you will train is based in Chalong and will cost you 1446 £ for three weeks
The gym is outdated, smelly and rusty and is practically unusable and you will need an antitetanic jab. The equipment it looks like it was collected from eBay for free. A similar gym in England wouldn’t sell for more than 20 sterlings per month (and only if there was a free car wash per week). Thanks to Extreme Gap / Ultimate Fitness Holidays you will pay 1446 £ for three weeks, i.e. 2000 for a month. The gym is appalling and doesn’t worth a fraction of the money Ultimate Fitness/ Xtreme Gap is expecting from the online victims to pay. The air condition is always off to save money (I am not sure if it even works)
The trainers are in their mid-late forties (one of them has bilateral hip replacements) are doing the same copied routine every day, they have no qualification and no idea what they are doing and expect more or less the same rubbish circuit every day
The gym is so bad that I left and joined another gym in the area although I have paid a fortune to Xtreme Gap/ Ultimate Fitness Holidays
The classes happen Monday to Friday only
Don’t expect any expertise the only thing you will get are some rubbish circuits and spinning classes that's all
Their nutritionist Pete is an electrician and has no clue he can't even calculate your caloric needs (a simple equation readily available online)
Of course, there are no celebrities and professional athletes as the company claims on their website
The gym is in the middle of nowhere really far from everywhere an hour drive minimum to the beach or the Bangla road where is all the nightlife, be prepared to be stuck in the middle of the wilderness
Most of the people will feel incredibly bored and isolated as there is no life in a radius of 10 Km
If you make the mistake to fly to Phuket for fitness, there are excellent gyms in the island that cost 40 sterlings per month vs. 2000 £ per month if you go with Ultimate Fitness Holiday/ Xtreme gap, and are open every day.
As a rule of thumb believe nothing of what you read on their website, the money they ask you to pay doesn’t reflect any service. Unfortunately, there were no real reviews when I booked with them, and I fell into the online trap
Booking with XG/UFH is a big mistake, and you will regret it
Xtreme Gap/Ultimatefitnessholiday is only two people Oliver Bray 42 with his wife Debby Neeskens 61 Oliver and Debby both con artists.
They have positive reviews from emails that have only one review in their account, i.e. Fake positive reviews which are the industry standard for companies like Xtreme gap/ Ultimate fitness holidays. They are experts in fake positive reviews production and tackling down negative reviews and that is the only thing they are good at.
All the positive reviews on Trustpilot and google are written by themselves from accounts with single reviews. There are no negative reviews on the review sites like Trustpilot because Ultimate Fitness Holidays/Xtreme gap pays them fees and negative reviews are deleted by Trustpilot using ridiculous excuses. Only Google allows negative reviews and freedom of speech.

Came back from my fitness holiday in Spain 2 days ago and I can’t get over it! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve lived ever. Teresa and Fin were absolutely amazing and the training was very challenging but made for all different levels so no one struggled. Debbie and Oliver were incredible too. I 100% recommend it to everyone. Next stop - Bali!
