Very good clinic. Easy to make an appointment. I am happy with the service and highly recommend Dr Candra the psychiatrist. It's scary not feeling well whilst abroad, and he was excellent and had fluent English. The treatment plan was clear and I was in control.

The service is excellent and everything is so clean. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend as I felt so comfortable despite being away from home and in an unfamiliar place.

I had terrible pain (I prefer not to disclose the nature of my problem) and I went to UbudCare Canggu clinic because it was the closest facility to my place. The doctor pointed out what could have been the cause, and provided me with medication that helped me. The treatment was very thorough and I am feeling much better thanks to the kind nurses and the doctor. They also followed up on the next steps on my treatment for which i had to visit a Radiology department in a hospital. I am grateful that my problem was treated timely and professionally. Thankfully it was nothing serious at the end but could have gotten worse if I was not treated properly.

Excellent care and very affordable service, didn't wait long and the doctor was very thorough. Got given the right medication immediately and was impressed with the follow-up messages through WhatsApp - im very grateful to the UbudCare team for taking such good care of me!

I made an online appointment to see a doctor in UbudCare Canggu. I didn’t have to wait ant the doctor helped me immediately. They did a good research and give me medication. Good English staff. They send also an English medical report to Whasapp.
2 days later the doctor texted me for an follow up.

I seng to UbudCare for a Dr appointment for some medicine I needed.
The facility was great, the Dr very considerate and helped provide the proper medicine I needed.
The next day I receive a follow up text message asking how the service was and if I received everything I went there for.
Then the office staff went even further to help find me the cheapest price to get my medicine at. I will definitely use this Dr office again 100%. I also recommend it very highly to anyone needed to see a Dr anywhere in Bali. Great service. Very satisfied!

Very quick, professionnal, helpful before, during and after the appointment. I appreciated the communication by whatsapp. Medication were efficient and directly given there by the doctor. Terima kasih everyone for your help!

Due dehydration and stomach problems I contacted UbudCare Canggu and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The ambulance picked me up from Seminyak. The doctors and assistants were very kind and professional, and offered great help. Also, the care that was given afterwards (mainly through whatsapp) was excellent - whenever I had a question regarding medicine or treatment they were always happy to inform and advice me.
Lastly, the prices of the consultation and medicine were quite fair. No hidden costs and everything was transparant. I also received a clear overview (in English) to be used for my insurance company.

Very good and quick service, with the cheapest antigen Ive found so far (65k). I was the only one at the place when I came and there was only one staff, who was very nice. The whole process took me 30 min or less and, if you dont need the printed result, you can leave right after the test and get your result via WPP. Recommended!
