Ubud Care Clinic (24 Hours)

Great experience and service!

Came in around 2: 30 AM to bring in my partner. We were seen quickly since there was no one else there. Appreciated them being transparent about the pricing before proceeding to do anything. The nurse and doctor were both friendly, caring, and spoke good English. They are knowledgeable - explained the medications, lab results, and diagnosis clearly. I am a healthcare provider in the US and was really impressed with the experience! They offered me the empty bed just to lay down while her IV infusion was going, which was really thoughtful. I could see it being slightly uncomfortable if there are multiple patients since the beds don't have a lot of space between them, but there's still a privacy curtain.

Afterwards, we utilized the free drop off service to our homestay. They also picked up test samples from our homestay. Appreciate them communicating regularly over Whatsapp.

In the end, it was ~$200 USD for the whole thing- standard "Bali belly" IV med treatment, consultation, lab tests and discharge meds.

Excelent clinic! I went here after I kicked a stone and all my toe nail went away. They were very thruough and made me come here every two days until the infection and all went away. Very experienced and nice staff, definitely recommend!

Terrible experience. Show them picture of my kitas and Indonesiam drivers license yiu can only get with kitas however were only interested in charging tourist price. Only intetested in money. Place up the road much friendlier and actually care for their clients.

Reception, advice, treatment, availability, listening, competence, direct analyzes and almost immediate results. You make an appointment with a specialist (if complications) within the hour, or even the minute.
A very dynamic and smiling team; who takes your problem seriously, and, of course, gives you the choice of weapons.

What a great clinic. The doctor and the entire team are incredibly friendly and speak great English. Everything was explained in detail to my husband and I, what was injected, when and why. My husband was even shown the production and expiry dates before I was injected. As a patient I felt very well looked after and cared for there.
I then received all the reports and instructions for the tablets again via WhatsApp, as well as nearby hospitals in case of an emergency.
Based on the reviews, we drove a little further to this clinic and I am grateful that we made the decision.

Excellent clinic in Ubud, open 24 hours a day. We had a bad bacterial infection and they were great at treating it promptly at a fair price. Kind, competent, they followed us during and after, when we needed additional medicine which they delivered directly to the hotel. In less than 3 hours they provided us with the test results and treatment. Recommended

Dr Kadek Novita Damayani is a very professional and friendly doctor that has taken all the necessary time to address our isue and solve it immediately. She even contacted us afterwards via WhatUp to see if all was fine with our doughter. Price was very reasonable.

I got severely ill with both a bacterial infection and parasite and couldn't move from bed. The resort called UbudCare who came out to see me straight away and were amazing, spoke fluent English, remained very calm and said I needed an IV drip straight away. Instead of having to go to hospital they did it there and stayed with me for three hours monitoring me and explaining all the post medication I needed. They then even followed up by WhatsApp to make sure I was doing okay. The best healthcare service I have ever had, highly recommend!

Both my husband and I have received excellent care at Ubud Care Clinic. The doctors are knowledgable, compassionate and warm and the reception staff are patient and very helpful. Testing is done very quickly and there was no hesitation when I asked for further explanation of test results. Having a bike accident and becoming sick were very unfortunate, but it did mean we got to experience the kindness of everyone at Ubud Care Clinic. Much gratitude

Very good services! I was quite sick and I could get a quick appointment, they check how I feel and got my some medicine, which helped. Clean and well-equipped. Doctors speak good English so there is no problem with communication and they even are in constant contact via Whatsapp in case something bad happens. I can totally recomend this clinic.

Their service is excellent! I was very sick, they came out to my hotel to complete a check up and consultation. They offered tests to ensure they provided the correct medicine to treat my sickness. I’m now feeling much better after completing the antibiotics I was prescribed. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Ubud care clinic enough! My sister and I got Bali belly quite badly and were very weak and dehydrated. We called out the doctor and team to come to us which they arranged really quickly over whatsapp. We received amazing care and treatment and felt so much better after. We received detailed reports from our tests and everything was explained to us. Big thank you especially to Dr Kanta and nurse Ananda

We got quick help and consultation without an appointment and got immediate medication and treatment guidance. 400k is the reasonable price for the consultation. Would definitely recommend to come here in case of sickness etc. English was on very good!

I am American and did not speak the language at all. The clinic was very fast, very thorough, and answered all of my questions immediately in English. Provided antibiotics and materials for self care. Recommended follow up in 4 days, which was, I thought, outstanding advice. I could not recommend a facility more highly.

Yesterday, one of my guest who stayed in our Villa got Stomachache, my staff immediately calls Ubud Care that the phone number I gave to my staff before. The clinic team arrived quickly that night. They were giving best service to my guest. Very recommended Clinic!

I have been a patient for many years. This is the clinic and team that I trust. Yesterday I had an online consultation with a home visit. I needed help and UbudCare was there. I'll now be able to do follow up at the clinic. The online Dr has already checked in on me 10 am this morning. Amazing. Best service, best knowledge, best care in Ubud to my knowledge. Medical care in Ubud area improved dramatically when UbudCare Clinic arrived.
