Great back massage and plantar reflexology BUT very disappointing bikini waxing, zero. Go somewhere else to get waxed, really.

We were extremely happy with my massage and my wifes pedicure and manicure.
As good as we have had anywhere.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Highly recommend.

We have traveled numerous times to Bali and it often takes a number of visits to various spas to find not just a good spa but great masseuses.

On our last trip in September 23 after a 5 year break it took 5 visits to different places in this general area before finding U Spa and in particular Aya & Merry who had great technique in a nice clean calm place at a fair price.

Will certainly go again when we go back

Came for a massage earlier in the week and it was awful. It was an hour of what felt like was just rubbing oil on my legs and arms. It was a male that did the massage. No idea on pressure points and not firm at all. Had to go to a different spa a few days later to get a proper massage. Waste of money

I got a variety of massages here and all the staff were amazing at their job. It's a clean spa with polite staff and very reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

Pijatannya biasa saja, hospitalitynya tidak ada, tidak ada cuci kaki hanya diseka dengan tisu basah. Tidak ada hidangan habis pijat langsung pulang begitu saja. Kalau ramai terkadang pelanggan yang lain berisik jadi kurang relax saat dipijat.

Came for foot massage and my wife had her nails pedicured.
Foot massage was great sitting up in big comfy chairs overlooking the street and my wife loved the job they did on her nails.
Friendly staff too.

Bad service and experience! Massage wasn't great just felt like they were oiling my legs. Was wearing a dress and they didn’t bother to give me a towel to cover either.

Terrible. Masseur keep talking and hardly pay attention, pressure applied is uneven.got charged 120k when I requested for a 100k foot massage. Also, no beverage is offered. And no soaking of feet in water before massage, they just wet wipe then. In a nutshell, go if you want to ruin your day

We each had a massage every day for 4 days, and they were constantly very good. We are glad we chose to walk in. Thank you!

I think I just might have had the best massage ever. Came in unplanned to ask for a manicure. (I'm not really a manicure person but after three weeks in Bali my nails really needed to be cut and I didn't have the tools to do this myself.) There was no wait so I could have the treatment right away. I had a great talk with the people working here and was so happy and relaxed after the treatment, that I wanted to stay for another one. I chose a package deal with a full body massage and facial treatment, giving me around 1 hour 45 minutes of relaxation. This treatment was heaven and I went home a different person!

I had been to other spas before which were hotel owed and therefore more expensive. This one was small and felt like a family business. Of course, you can't expect the same fancy reception halls and luxurious rooms. But this felt like I got way better value for my money. The treatments were as good as the treatments we had in the fancy spas, if not better! I would definitely come back.

Ari gives the best massage in bali I have experienced most in bali and he does amazing deep tissue massage you will feel cared and healed and reborn.
