19 We had lunch at this place, the food was good.
I like that the menu has photographs, but at the same time it is guessing since it is not written what each dish has.
In the photo of the menu it didn't look good that my dish had soup, that was the only thing I didn't like.
My partner ordered the Nasi campus putih
And I the Nasi balung babi.
His dish was tastier from my point of view than mine.
A hidden gem it's one of the best places to eat in ubud. Pure vegetarian, simply delicious
The best vegan dish I've had in Bali! Loved it and recommended for anyone looking for a tasty Balinese meal.
The quality does not match the price in general.the Nasi bebek goreng was seriously good, but the tofu and tempeh salad was very disappointing because half of the dish was just chunks of bread with ketchup. The waiter, a middle-aged man, seemed clueless and was barely able to answer any questions about the menu. We were charged a surprise 10% fee at the end without any warning. I've eaten at many restaurants and warungs in Bali and have never seen anything like this.
Amazingly tasty Vegetarian/Vegan food.
Family owned business. Everything is cooked fresh and the juices are super!
Since I've been in Bali, this is the best restaurant! Nasi campur is the dish you must have! It's plentiful, varied, inexpensive and the taste is incredible.
The place is a bit out of line. But in my opinion positive. More reality than appearances ;)
We have been here more often because we liked it so much and there is traditional Balinese food here. Indonesian and "Western" are also on the menu, but we have stayed true to the Balinese: D
Great food, great prices, no problems with English! If a fruit no longer looks good, it is not used for fresh juice.
Great authentic Balinese and Indonesian vegetarian food. Nothing fancy but quick service and not expensive. Loved the watermelon juice too.
Had Nasi Redang here twice here. Initially didn’t expect too much from this place as it looks a little run down but hey they dish out one of the best vegetarian Indo Bali food I have ever tasted. They totally blew me away. Amazing food. Try to believe. Reasonable pricing and good service. Thank you.
The food was amazing. If you want to have Balinese vegetarian food, probably a perfect place to visit.
You will be charged 20% tax & service. For Rp 20K samosa you will get three pieces of samosa which doesn't taste at all like the traditional Indian samosa. So, why call it a samosa? It's a scam.
Very good hidden gem restaurant in central Ubud. Cheap, tasty food with great service. Vegetarian food at it’s best.
Stopped in today for some raw vegan food (as advertised on the street sign) and in giant letters on the super thick menu. Ya, raw vegan food! As you go down the alley turn LEFT to find the restaurant, not right as the arrow on the sign suggests. The server was super nice but didn't speak English so asking him where the RAW items in the giant menu binder (seriously 20 pages long) were was a challenge but I eventually found them. I was then informed that the kitchen doesn't make that or any of the items on the two raw pages. No raw pastas and none of the desserts. He kept pointing me to the hot rice dishes which I tried to explain were not raw. So I left without ordering anything. If you're going to advertise raw and include it on the signs, the staff should probably be familiar with the concept. SO, vegans, beware, you may not receive vegan food either as they do serve mostly vegetarian food…
Food was pretty good but we were handed a tourist menu after reviewing the local menu which had it's prices inflated. Agreed English is not a strong feature here but I cannot knock the food
Delicious food! Huge vegetarian and vegan menu to choose from! Plan for your meal to take a while and enjoy your surroundings. Just be careful the monkeys don't steal your food!
The staff didn't really understand our basic English questions. When the staff eventually brought us our iced coffees we received a semi cold powdered drink. The coffee powder did not taste good at all. They took our menus after bringing the drinks while we wanted to order lunch and walked away. We refrained from ordering lunch at all after that.
Amazing vegetarian Nasi Goreng with great service and located only few blocks front the Monkey Forest.
Absolute trash. Uncooked food with raw eggs. Noodles were out of a mie goreng packet from the bloody Coco Mart. Absolute joke of an eatery. A diddily damn disaster of a meal.
Staff spoke almost no English to the point where they had a lot of trouble taking our very simple order.
Noodles were super undercooked and there was a chunk of salt in the middle of meal.
Left feeling sick and disappointed
