The best massage I have ever had! The personnel is super kind and highly trained.
I had the strong massage and it was great, really super strong in the right spots.

Great spas just off the main road. We went for a foot massage as well as an upper body. Left relaxed and revitalised. Would definitely recommend.

I‘m very sorry, because the girl who did the pedicure was so nice - but - it was the worst pedicure I had ever had! Didn’t try massage, just had pedicure there. Don’t do it. You would laugh yourself to death if you could see my feet

I had no intention of getting a massage at Penida. The massage I got in Kuta yesterday was so good that I was planning to go there again tomorrow, but my legs and feet were sore after walking around the tourist attractions and my arms were hurting from being nervous while driving the scooter, so I looked for a massage place. Uniquely, there is a bamboo massage place. I've had bamboo massage a few times in the Philippines, and I went to get a bamboo massage because I knew it was refreshing because it relaxes each muscle.

There was an ice cream refrigerator at the entrance of the store, so I just passed by. When I entered the massage shop, the staff was on the phone and couldn't pay any attention to me. After waiting for a while, I lie down on the bed and start the massage. I was asked how strong I wanted it to be, so I asked for medium. I pressed it a few times and checked to see if it worked.
I felt like it was lacking something, so I asked them to make it stronger, and they said the strongest one was 150,000 rupees. This is the same as Kuta. The stronger the massage, the higher the cost. When he said he understood, he took off his watch and started massaging. It felt a little painful, but I thought that massage should be like this and proceeded with the massage. The massage skills were good. If things had continued like this, I would have tipped 10,000 rupiah and given 5 stars.however.

The text messages on my cell phone started.the text alarm that kept ringing.
I couldn't concentrate on the massage because I was busy replying for a moment.

After the massage was over, there was a lot of oil on it, but they didn't remove it. Massage shops that use oil use 100% towels to wash off the oil, but they don't do that.

Now that I've read the reviews carefully, I see that this place frequently uses the phone during the massage and doesn't wash the customer's body. The resident staff member who gave me a massage was good, but the skills of the part-time masseuse who was called in when there were a lot of customers were uneven. I subtracted one more star.

The massage itself was good (I chose the bamboo massage). But I am very disappointed by the unprofessionalism of the lady. The massage had started only 5min ago and she left already 3 times to go to the reception for new customers. For me it was too much so I stood up and decided to leave. She came back and saw me taking my clothes so she begged me to stay and say she was sorry. So I stayed but it took me a while to finally relax. At the end, she told me I had to pay the water she gave me at the beginning (I just had asked for a glass a water and she gave me a small bottle but never said I had to pay for it). I don't care about paying it but the fact that she couldn't even give it to me for the inconvenience during the massage session. It's a shame because the massage itself was well performed but the overall experience is not professional

I had a very nice massage and coconut peeling. The lady knows what she's doing, I felt like a new human being. Going there again today.

I had a very unpleasent experience in here.
There was two therapiest, mother and daughter. I had a massage from daughter, but she is not friendly for customer. Even annoying to me. The skill was so bad and unskillful, and I was scratched her nail. When finished the massage, she told me a lie for the price (180k>200k). I think she need more training for both of skill and mind. So dissapointed.

Place was hidden inside doesn't look all but when I go inside looking awesome and clean and professional therapist massage. Recommended!

This was honestly one of the best places I’ve had a massage anywhere! The lady was amazing, many massages in Bali are hit and miss, and many are quite average no matter what price you’re paying, however this place is a must!
