Staff nya buruk, salon tutup jam 21.00 tetapi saya dtg jam 20.30 ditolak dg alasan closing. Pdhl mau catok saja tanpa keramas.

Saya pertama potong disini bagus bagus aja rambut saya sesuai dengan referensi yang saya kasih tetapi kedua kalinya saya potong disini sama sekali tidak sesuai dengan foto dan malah kependekan, stylist juga tidak bertanya lagi apakah ini sesuai atau tidak, sekarang saya bingung mau apa kan dengan rambut saya yang kependekan rasanya seperti di potong abal abalan dan saya bayar bukan buat rambut saya dibikin aneh aneh, professionalism nya kurang dan butuh di kembangkan

I can say this is a one-stop spa & salon where most treatments are available. Body massage & scrub, facial, hair cut, hair creambath & mask, eyelash extension, foot reflexiology, etc. I frequently have massage here, most therapists are good (Egi, Eka, Surya, Susi, Wita, Nila) whom I experienced with them. They're well trained & professional. My favourite rooms are at the back block which is quieter and comfortable as I do not like noise.
Massage oil mixed with peppermint is the best if you want to feel relaxed and is having nassal problem. You'll breathe better:)
The hot ginger drink post-massage treatment is also perfect! That's how it supposed to be:)

Basically I recommend this place with spacious working space, complete treatment rooms, professional staffs, affordable prices which are equal to the treatments themselves.
However, please consider fixing the entrance door of facial room! It attaches the floor & creates very unpleasant sound when opening and closing it! Also the AC at the facial room needs to be much cooler!

I've read the other reviews commented about the car parking lot! Yes they're true that car parking needs more spaces.
One more thing, please to provide more training and closely supervise to one of your receptionist/cashier, Tania! She must learn how to be a good customer service and how to behave. Pay attention to the customers coming in, response the whatsapp messages in timely manner, provide the payment receipt without being asked, standing while serving customer, stop playing mobile phone while talking or handling customer, to be more respectful, more warm welcome and more polite, please!

My first time visiting and me and my wife have massage therapy for 1 hour. I am very happy with the service, very professional therapist. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, with happy staff. Great value for your money, and can happily recommend this service to future customers.

Salon Terbaik di Bali Selatan, Trend Global Salon Menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan sesuai anjuran WHO dan Pemerintah mulai dari penyediaan tempat cuci tangan, wajib kenakan masker, jaga jarak fisik, Cek Suhu tubuh dan penyemprotan disinfektan di setiap sudut ruang salon secara berkala, steril, nyaman juga.

Nyoba creambath, duh pijetnya enak banget gak bikin kepala punggung sakit. Potong rambut hasilnya ok banget.
Jadi ketagihan mau coba treatment lain. Eh ambil minimal 3 treatment otomatis jadi harga paket loh. Yg pastinya jadi lebih murah.

Pay attention of what you pay! Reconfirm the price before doing a treatment at this place.

Don't get me wrong, i like doing treatments in here. My mother & i have been a repeater customers for years.the services most of the time meet our satisfaction.
My mom's favorite is Sugi, while myself are Surya & the skinny, short & short hair girl (sorry i keep forgetting her name).

BUT today something doesn't add up for the billing/promo (i did calculation when i am back at home).

I came to do a "Paket Treatment" that i normally did only this time i choose "Body Scrub + Creambath + Facial"

The Cashier told me about this promo:

1st Promo for "Paket Treatment" discount 20.000 off.so 210.000 - 20.000 = 190.000

2nd Promo, 20% if take a 3 individual treatments, so Body Scrub + Creambath Makarizo + Facial Ristra,
85.000 + 80.000 + 80.000 = 245.000
245.000 - 20% = 196.000

This is the interesting Part, out of nowhere i got charged for
"Paket Special Monday" original price 400.000, discount 190.000
& at the end i paid 210.000 (i attached the billing)

Please justify this calculation why out of nowhere i got charged "Paket Special Monday" 400.000 - 190.000 = 210.000?

This is not the first time i am questioning the bill from Global Salon but this time it's just ridiculous.

Also please do training/brief your cashier girl to be more friendly, informative & smiley.

Overall a pretty solid experience.

My partner and I went in for a couple haircuts and massages and it was a pretty average experience though the service itself was very nice, many areas could be improved.

Male Haircut was 30K per person and the barber was really fast but after closer inspection, it was done hastily and a few spots were missed. We have paid for barbers for 25K that do a far superior job. The bonus was getting a hair wash but the water was freezing.: (

Foot Reflexology was 55K for 45 minutes and the initial set up was really nice with the rose petal foot bath, but the foot massage was just okay.the room was warm and they could have turned up the AC. At moments the massage was slightly painful but as a trained masseuse, you would know if your client was tensing up due to pain.

They have WiFi which is really nice and the place is a one stop shop for massage, haircuts and facials so if you’re looking for that kind of experience, this place is for you!

Cheap prices all around!
