7 Very disappointed service, it took me almost a week only to get confirmation to get change of car. And the reason to change this car not because of my intention but because they are not available from their side. They don’t update the availability in their app.
They tried to ask us book via app, but they still do some traditional way to have confirmation to us. Such a disappointed service.
The CS super slow response. Not recommended at all.

First time rent a car in Bali from TRAC, the registration process was smooth and when i arrived at the airport, the driver and the car was ready at the parking area near the arrivals area
The car quite good, AC in normal function, and the return process was so smooth, the driver already waiting at the airport area
Absolutely disgraceful. Failed to meet me at the airport and then wouldn’t pick up any calls or respond to messages. Have lost a lot of money through booking.com. Still trying to get a refund. It’s a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
