Very helpful. Needed x-ray. They organised everything, including transport to other hospital and back.

Staff "YANG GENDUT PRIA" SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH.membentak orang "dengan tidak sopan" yg kebetulan parkir di ruko sebelah jam 18.30 31/07/23.

kondisi parkir motor saya mepet tembok ruko dan sama sekali tidak menghalangi pintu masuk ambulance bahkan banyak motor orang yg parkir disitu sehingga ekor motor mereka posisi horizontal.kalau dikritik boleh dong terima keritikan.apakah anti kritik?

I had to see a doctor while in Ubud. I walked in off the street and was seen within 5 minutes! Great caring doctor who listened to my concerns and provided the appropriate medication. Highly recommend

The worst medical assistance in my life. The worst quality and the worst service of all. Never ever again.

Went in with a blocked and infected ear. They treated me within and hour. No advanced booking. All sorted. Fantastic service.

Highly professional reaction on my combination of dengue and amebiasis. They made the diagnosis based on blood and stool sample, then they gave me infusion for several hours and sent me back to the hotel with a combination of several pills. They also provide after-treatment with monitoring blood tests. The communication went smoothly in English, also via WhatsApp.

Not so helpful i stopped going there since 5 years ago. Now there are so many better clinics in Ubud unless your condition has no option.

They are nice enough to care about me and they recommend me another big hospital and make appointment for me also they called a taxi for me as well. They are beautiful people.

Very knowledgeable doctor and caring staff. Queue is also not very long. Staff expaine everything very nicely. Clean place and professionaly managed. I visited here as my son was sick during visit to Bali.

Dr. Fara is one of the friendliest and most competent doctors i met. She took time to explain me my diagnosis and answered all my questions. I can definitely recommend the toya medika clinic!

My partner and I had food poisoning and visited Toya Medika Clinic for consultation. We ended up getting drips for a few hours and did some blood tests. The staff at Toya speak good English and the service and facilities were of good quality. Definitely recommend the clinic to anyone who needs to see a reliable doctor.

Great! After having bad experience with BIMC Nusa Dua (looks good but rip off (!) and in my case bad hand hygiene of the doctors treating an open, infected wound), Toya Medika clinic is a Dream! Dr. Dyah and her staff seem to be a very good and heartful team with excellent medical knowledge. Very professional! Reasonably priced and fast. Highly recommended.

Amazing clinic! Came in after a small motorcycle insident. Doctor saw to me straight away, great English, clean and professional. I was a mess and they were so patient, kind and empathic. I had to have stitches in my toe and when I got home my doctor was really happy and said they did and amazing job by the looks of it! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I fell off a scooter and cut my chin quite badly. I was worried so decided to get it checked out. I was only waiting 20 minutes and seen immediately by a doctor and nurse. Both were so friendly and reassuring with fantastic English. I needed stitches which were done really well and with no pain and a lot of care. I was in and out within an hour and the hospital provide all the medication you need and you pay once for everything. It was really reasonable, under €100 for everything including consultation, stitches, antibiotics and pain killers. Cannot reccomended this enough.

We went here when my friend fell off her scooter and cut open her chin. She was seen within 15 minutes and they gave her stitches straight away. The staff were extremely professional and did a great job. It wasn’t overly expensive either and all medications needed were supplied then and there as well. The place itself is clean and very handy to get to.

Be awore of this clinic. The doctors are not profesional (or at least the one that we sow it). He did not see an ear infection, he checked one ear with an usually flash light, run some blood test and the result was perfect. We left the clinic with vitamins for a child with fever. Lucky we run to hospital where imediatly they sow the ear infection and the same bood test result was very bad. I will really think twice to visit again this clinic and not to forget the high prices.

I was overnight at this clinic with dengue fever, there are mosquitos in facility not one but i seen quite a few also in bathroom is means they can transmit dengue’s There, bathroom is only one at the end of patients open room and everyone is use it (dirty) also they was tending to put me on a dirty sheets they don’t change it after patients and is been very noisy from very early morning! Doctor was speaking well English and very kind nurses was good as well. Price for overnight with medicaments was 7 000 000 Indonesian rupee which is really over priced for the service they provide. By the way prices for blood test in another clinic “ubud care “ was nearly 50% cheaper cause I went there next day to follow.

Toya Clinic is a 24 hour service and they are caring, and wonderful in an emergency. They are there everyday of the week whatever holidays are on.
