Don't take trips from these cheaters!
They sale trips to Mt Agung, make you pay for it and immediately after payment, they return to you saying that trips to Mt Agung are suspended since September 2017? ! But propose you a trip to Mt Batur. This is a scam to take you money without delivering the service you have paid. I ask for my money back and they didn't respond. Nil stars from me

We did an all inclusive day trip with Arlan yesterday and it was excellent! Impeccable service from start to finish, Arlan really went the extra mile. He was very knowledgable and friendly, giving us lots of information and making us smile and laugh all day. He made sure we had water and snacks through out the day and took us to a variety of amazing Bali spots. He let us travel at our own pace and still took us to a beautiful waterfall, even though it was already late, because he wanted us to have a full tour. We really did have a fantastic day thanks to Arlan! Highly recommended, next time we come to Bali we will request him personally as our tour guide.

The tour was amazing! You see so much of Ubud in just one day. Arlan was a great driver and tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Balinese culture, customs, and architecture. Arlan has a great personality and made sure to take plenty of photos for us. It was nice to have a tour guide that spoke English so well and could explain everything to us. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that comes to Bali.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a full day tour with Gusti today. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a wonderful job explaining the various sites that we visited today. His warm personality showed his pride in his work and his charming country.

Joe was our knowledgeable driver and guide for our day long tour around Bali. Smart, pleasant with very good English. We would highly recommend Joe and will be using him again before we go home. 10/10

We went on a daytrip to mount Batur with Tour Bali Driver. We had a very skilled driver and a lovely tour guide (Kadek). The climb on Mount Batur was pretty tough. Make sure you dress warm, it's freezing on the top of the mountain. And be sure to wear good shoes. The way up was in the pitch dark, at about 3h00. I've never seen a more beautiful night sky as I've seen there. We saw the sunset from the top and took the long journey down where we saw some monkeys as well. Overall a great experience!

We had a great day out out with Lelek.
We saw pretty much what we expected but he took us to a place that had the most amazing paintings. When we can in the future we will go back there for art.
Lelek was a very patient driver in traffic that would have had me totally stressed
