My nails are perfect, I'm so impressed how they did such an amazing job. They fitted me in as a walk in, they took there time and really made me feel comfortable.
Very clean and nice busy atmosphere. Huge range of colours, the most I've ever seen. I think this is the place to go and get the best service.

I’ve been going to this salon since it opened in 2012. Not only do they do hands down the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had - so thorough - the prices are so reasonable for a salon of this calibre. Add to that amazing decor and super lovely staff, and you have everything in one package without the extortionate prices. Fantastic.

The first impression was really promising and the service was good.

At some point during the nail appointment they went around with the ac remote and the. It got uncomfortably hot in the saloon. Even my technician was sweating.

The technician was really nice but the outcome was not. The nails are really un even and the edges are horrible. If your looking for just some nails then go ahed it was alright, but for people who want all nails to be unison and if small details bother you.

At the end would not go back myself and would not recommend this for anyone.

Been a year and half now since my first visit. I came once even twice a month here. Their nail technician is super and the price is reasonable for the quality that you’ll get.

Booked for an appointment at 2: 30
Waited 30 -45 minutes before anyone saw me. Why have a booking system when you make clients wait for so long.
Was there for over 2 hours for what should’ve taken 1 hour!
They just had me sitting there! Poor service and time management!

While the manicure was good, and high quality and staff is nice. Unfortunately the final price was higher than expected from the WA reservation (using screenshot from website) and in-store menu is also the same as website (even after I confirm the extra charge was OK, still higher than agreed). It's not a big problem, as I would have tipped the amount anyway, but just check the price first if you are conscious about money. Other than this feedback, it was a great service and I would still return here.

Great service, done professionally, and has wide range of nail colors to choose. Simply love it.

Great service but like in any salon level of therapist is far from being equal. Today was not good.

Pros:
-many many types of nail polish and colors. They have vegan and toxin free polish, Chanel, Louboutin.
- they use seche vite top coat
-massage chairs
-very clear menu and prices
-parking lot, easy to find
-the technician had many years of experience, was fast and accurate.

Suggested improvements, need a sanitization machine for the tools. Only the cuticle clipper was sprayed before being used.

I totally recommend this place. They work on time and they are very friendly! Every time I go each one of them deliver such quality! I have been to so many nail places in Bali, but think ThinkPink is the best! The staff is very friendly & professional; at the reception and all the technicians. Especially Angel works very good. The first time i went here every thing was perfect, the girls did a wonderful job, lasted for weeks, i was very happy so of course i came back the second time. This time they painted over my fingers, cut one cuticle to the point of bleeding, and were not careful at all. Also did my eyelash extensions for the first time here and they are all stuck together and hard from all the glue, and because I couldn’t see, I have 3 coats of nail polish on my feet and only 2 on my hands. Nobody even asked or cared. I’m really disappointed.

Avoid this place if you want to keep your nails!

I went to Think Pink at the beginning of my Bali trip to have my acrylic nails, which I have had done in Germany for years, filled. After a few days, the color polish was peeling off and nail breaks appeared in many places. I then complained because this manicure was even more expensive than in Germany!

I was allowed to come by again to repair the nails. At first I was happy about it, because my nails were a disaster. At this appointment, however, the nails were not filled again with acrylic but simply painted over at the end with color varnish.

Even this correction of the nails has not survived a week without fractures or paint chipping. But the worst thing is that the nails have loosened in many places, so moisture could get under the nail. The result is that my natural nails are now infected with a bacterial infection and are green! They are also thin like parchment paper and hurt.

This place has no quality at all. I have been doing my nails in germany for years and never had such terrible problems before. I am shocked and can only advise anyone against it!

Over all the service is good and the staff is nice. They do a good job.but the polish application could be better, mine turned with a lot of small bubbles inside, which never happened before, and some nails have uneven application.

The light is pretty bad in the salon, so I think they can’t even see if something is wrong.

I been there 2 time
I asked then if they know their job well, bcz i had my original nail not extention but they did the worst
First time they did coron acrylic nail color and all came out after 2 days, then came back there for fixing they changed to normal color, but still after 8 days all broken and came out of my nail.
And i paid 100$ which like i just throw out my money to garbage.
Im so sad that all my natural nail broken after 2 years only bcz of their awful job.
