The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali

Great hotel, absolute bliss to the eyes. Service is superb and staff is very friendly. Really loved to stay here. Only thing we felt is indian food choices are a bit less, rest very thing was absolute bliss. Food quality is superb. Great ambiance.

The service is pretty good but the rooms and equipment are very old
The bathtub is a bit dirty, very unqualified for five stars!

Pure bliss if you are looking for a good family vacation.
The private beach is simply great, and the whole property vibes of excellent holiday experience for the whole family.

CURRENT REVIEW - UPDATED

I think from several BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, my honest opinion is that this resort has better to be closed for good!

last time it was an uncomfortable experience at Hamabe, so the opposite of the total priced that we had paid to dine there vs the unfriendly service by (either trainee / freelancer) female staff.

But the manager was a familiar old face with a great attitude in complain handling combined with sincere apologies that was not just a lip service but he was actually doing something to make us feel better post the bad experience

BUT TODAY…
I had the worst experience ever from any of my visit to westin and I’ve been coming there for conferences since over decade ago.

And their complaint handling was just a lip service with no follow up nor real gesture of apology.

I had my mood ruined by their staff, I had to endured being exposed outdoor with current summer hot heat sunlight for almost half an hour at 2: 30pm and if only the word SORRY could undo everything i had experienced.

Totally the opposite of Westin experience!

My suggestion, bring your business and money somewhere else to get your spending worth every penny!

They upgraded many things in terms of their interior property but ZERO to their service and staff training

Great ambience, fully AC in thw lobby area, which makes you feel like entering haven once you came from the heated outdoor area

Enclosed area away from the streets, extremely comforting staff and always happy to help with anything.

Stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day.

Lots of option just walk out of your room you’ll know. If really confused you have the beach. Walk and decide there. I admire the hospitality, humble and politeness of the Balinese folks

If ure looking for kids/family friendy this hotel is def shud be on ur list. I stay with 1 todler and a baby, we booked family room with a living room. The room is very spacious, we had a dinning table at the living room, 1 queen bed and twin on the other side.

Pool is awesome, but the slide stair is too slippery esp when kids back and forth using the slide. But the pool top notch clean.

Food is awesome, bfast, ikan, the italian restaurant. All good. Couldnt asked for more.

Kids club 5 stars.

Gojek friendly.

Room a bit old but squeaky clean.

A special thanks to Steven Schmid and team for a terrific stay at The Westin, Nusa Dua. We are in one of the Ocean Suites overlooking the water and the room has been spacious for one child and two adults. Excellent storage and robe setup.

Appreciate the daily room service with beds made and bathrooms restocked daily. The service express staff are quick with delivering items be it extra hangars, ice or in-room dining service. Despite the hotel hosting a number of corporate events, it has not been disruptive or noisy.

The breakfast, in our case included in the rate, has been good. Two options - the larger/busier one in the main building which has a larger variety of food and drink to choose from or Ikan restaurant overlooking the ocean where you don’t have to wait to be seated. We split our time between the two depending on what people felt like doing.

Concierge and taxi service counter is good and there is security located to enter/exit the premises. We predominately used the hotel car service, but in hindsight would recommend the local taxi service which the hotel will arrange (which you can either agree to use meter or fixed rate for shorter drives). Best to have cash for this - ATM and currency exchange available at hotel.

Hotel is walking distance to decent local restaurants and laundry service. Visit or use free shuttle to Bali Collective for shopping and golf at Bali International. Would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Nusa Dua.

Security dibagian area pantai kurang sopan cara menegur untuk memakai masker, tell him no need to yelling. So impolite and rude!
Bertugas sore hari 19/11 dibagian jalan yang baru disemen.

Berenang di pantai mana ada yang memakai masker, di Area pantai disekitar lokasi tenda jaga juga ada beberapa petugas yang merokok tanpa masker, liburan jadi terasa risih. Banyak anggota yang bertugas di pantai dengan senjata lengkap.

Buat sendiri OK, berdua OK, bawa keluarga pun OK.segala sesuatunya Ada.untuk fasilitas udah ngk usah di ragukan.

Was attending an event here, doesn't even have enough seat in the hall, not enough parking space, lack of information etc.

Recommended bgt buat stay d sini, suasana nyaman, staff ramah, pantainya asik buat rileks. Best dah.

Kasurnya, ga usah dibahas lah ya. Udah paling TOP. Kamarnya nyaman, kamar mandinya juga mewah. Kolam renangnya bagus, fasilitas hotelnya juga okay. Minusnya, parkiran motor dan mobilnya jauuuhhhh banget, cape jalan kakinya kalau bugginya lagi dicas. Lalu staff yang jaga pantai, tidak kasih warning kalau di dalam laut sepanjang pantai west-in ada bulu babi nya. Jadilah keluarga saya ada yang kena bulu babi dan banyak. Sempet dapet pertolongan dokter in house west-in, tapi harganya mahal sekali. Sedih bayarnya, cuma untuk bulu babi. Jadi untuk yang mau liburan di west-in hati2 bulu babi di sepanjang pantainya. Selalu pakai sendal atau sepatu pantai. Breakfastnya di west-in banyak pilihan makanannya, sudut2 hotelnya juga cantik untuk foto2.

Hotel senior, staffnya semua udah mateng dan mature.bisa berdapatasi, walaupun hotel mewah kesan sosial Balinya dapet banget, soalnya dimana-mana ngobrol sama staff. Saat sarapan kami sempet ngobrol dengan staff lebih dari setengah jam. Nyaman aja stay di sini, Ternyata di belakang juga ada wahana bermain buat anaknya.fasilitas banyak bgt, ada gym nya juga. Oiya Sarapannya juga nikmat. Minus 1 staff keamanan yg nyuruh2 masukin tas, hospitalitynya bs ditingkatkan lagi.

Karyawan sangat ramah, layak dan sesuai bintang 5. Fasilitas lengkap, makanan sewaktu sarapan lumayan

Great and clean hotel, cozy, good breakfast, very wide and spacious hotel, with pools and beach on backyard. You can't miss this one.

This hotel is like a hostel: look what you can see when you come with your kid to the hotel kids club. And no toys and no staff there. Time is 13: 45.
No one noted us on booking nor checkin that hotel is like that.

Big and clean room.nice and friendly staff.nice breakfast.the beach view is stunning (this is the best).
