Location good
Hotel needs to be upgraded a tad bit old and not really well maintained as there's dust on side lamps etc
Toilet clean but overdue for an upgrade
Not suitable for physical challenged as there's no lift and stairs are pretty high! Ask for the rooms at the bottom level near the pool.
Ordered breakfast delivered to your room, not that punctual so if you're time tight, please let them know.
Staffs are super super friendly.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. The check in and check out was easy. Location is prime and well connected to the main market and most happening places to party and shop. Just they should add more options to the breakfast menu at-least for those people who don’t eat other meat than chicken. Overall it was a good experience.

Had a wonderful stay here. Cool staff, cool rooms and hence my overall stay at this hotel was too good and cool. Few drawbacks were there (very few actually) indeed but because positive points were more it made me ignore those drawbacks and give this hotel 5 stars

We are coming back here again.

Stairs - we didn't mind at all

I will stay here for 2 nights and 3 days.
The location is very far from the beach. You can go to the beach in 10 minutes by car, but you have to go on foot in about 30 minutes. There are ants in the room, and if food is not placed properly, ants will appear. We must be careful.

This hotel is very comfortable and everything is clean and the service is excellent. However, some walls have mold and don't have an elevator, so if you have problems with stairs this isn't your hotel. Anyway the hotel has a good location to visit the attractions nearby such as the Uluwatu Temple and many restaurants. Thank you very much for the warm service you gave us.

The hotel has a great location. Also, the staff was very friendly. The rooms are huge and the decoration is Bali style. They have an outdoor swimming pool which is clean and well maintained. The only negative aspect is that they have no elevator, so if you have problems using stairs don't reserve this hotel. Recommended.

Spent 2 nights here, location is great. Not too far, not too close to the night life street. Staff are helpful and friendly! Hotel is clean, however, the toilet could use a bit of an upgrade. No toiletries too.

Utk Lansia agak berat krn tidak ada lift. Pdhl 4-5 lantai. Letak bagus strategis. Kamar bersih. Layanan ramah. Makanan jg enak.

Next time I will be at Seminyak, I will chose this hotel again.
The Wi-Fi was stable and the speed was ~70 Mbps. The room was spacious and in a very good condition. Even though the hotel itself is not new, in my opinion it's very well maintained, I have no complains. There are different types of breakfast (which happens every morning on the roof), it was always tasty and satisfying for me. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Thank you!

I think it's a good value for money. They also have interesting offer called "motorbike package" (you can use one of their motorbikes while you stay in the hotel. Honda Vario was available for me, but I already had another motorbike)

The absence of elevator mentioned in other reviews was not a problem for me at all. The most spacious rooms indeed have less natural lightning, because there is a corridor right outside of the window. If it's important to you, just choose some other room which will have direct sunlight coming to your window.

This was the first hotel from which our acquaintance with Bali began. We were pleasantly surprised that the quality even slightly exceeds the price. We liked:
- very tasty breakfasts, especially with avocado
- polite staff, ready to help with any question
- the price of the room included a bike, this is a very good offer!
- spacious and clean room. It's nice to be inside.
- clean pool
- a lobby where you can relax or work

We remember this hotel with pleasure! We will definitely return there!

Friendly hotel staff, room cleaning every day. Good breakfasts, juice and tea or coffee are served with breakfast. They bring water every day. Good wifi throughout the hotel!

Stayed here 7 nights from 14/2/2022. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean and tidy always by the hard-working staff. There’s stairs only, which some people don’t like but we used this as an opportunity to keep up on fitness. Rooms were always cleaned before we got back. Thanks so much to Komang for your friendship and also telling me about shopping places to visit. Breakfast is well presented every morning, we had breakfast in our room most days. Orange juice and Spanish omelette were my favourite. Thanks to the staff for carrying our luggage on check in and checkout. I asked for an iron and within a few minutes they sent me the board plus iron. Beds are very comfortable and pillows are heavenly. Bella at the front desk was also very helpful too. So well located for walking to restaurants and nearby The Forge was our favourite dinner spot, be sure to book as they do fill up. Everyone's like family to us at the Visala and we will definitely be back. Loved our time at The Visala Boutique Suites in Seminyak.

The rooms was fine, except some things were not working, such us the toilet flush, some lamps and the television. It doesn't have an elevator too, so quite difficult for guests who bring a big suitcase as they need to carry it through the stairs. They also had limited breakfast. I had a Bali belly after having breakfast in the second day. Since then, we were not coming back for the breakfast as I threw up for two days right after having their breakfast.

I thought it would be nice if the bathroom was cleaner.
I was very satisfied with the restaurant in the rooftop space and the very friendly staff.

Staff yang sangat ramah dan helpfull (point plus untuk Mbok Komang yang sampai hafal setiap nama keluarga saya ber-7 orang selalu menyapa dan tersenyum ramah), menu sarapan jadi bisa belajar menu western yang sangat variatif, lokasi sangat dekat kemana-mana, tersedia sewa motor di hotel, ada dapur kecil + peralatannya untuk memasak sendiri, kamar deluxe yang sangat luas, apalagi kamar suitenya yang super luas - 9 Hari menempati 3 kamar hotel di Visala, rasanya tidak ada minusnya sama sekali.
