Excellent hospitality, and the rooms were spacious and it's location is opposite beach.

Since it was my arrival day, I wanted to stay at a hotel not far from the airport, so I stayed here for the first night.

It's right in front of the beach, and there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, massages, nail salons, etc.nearby, making it very convenient.
You can relax by the pool with a cocktail. There were so many people from Europe and America that I almost forgot what country I was in.

All the staff are polite and friendly.
The breakfast ice cream was delicious! There was a lot of local food, and I ate my fill from morning. Breakfast is served until 11: 00, so you don't have to worry about oversleeping. It was a comfortable hotel.

It is close to Kuta Beach, but it is a bit far from the center such as Beach Walk. Because it is a one-way street, it feels like you have to turn around a bit when moving, but since most roads in Bali are one-way, it can't be helped.

I didn't feel like the service was very friendly, but there was nothing bad about it either. I left a note saying it was our honeymoon, and everyone who saw us gave us a cake and congratulated us.

I went to a place with a pool in my room, but the water was so cold that I played there for a while and then went straight to another place! And since it is on the first floor and there is a pool, the inside of the room is clearly visible from the outside, so curtains are a must!

When you enter the room, the toilet and shower room are separate, and it was a little stuffy, perhaps because there is a pool. Be sure to bring a filter for your shower. (The filter quickly became yellow, so I changed it once a day. But this seems to be the case everywhere in Kuta.)
Still, the air conditioner worked well and the bedding was comfortable so I slept well!

I saw that there was a lot to eat for breakfast, but personally, there wasn't much, but the mee goreng served in the live kitchen (?) was delicious! There are many types of bread, but it doesn't feel like there are that many other things. It feels like there's no breakfast without some spice.
I think it'll be worth going next time if it's this price!

Highly recommended. Value for money. Everyone is kind, attentive, efficient and serves with a smile. They always do good room and turn down service. Very knowledgeable in English language. We checked in about 1am but felt the warm welcome with even a welcome ice popsicle. We were given lots of freebies as well as late check out due to platinum status. Drinks at the room bar were also complimentary. Drinking water station at every floor. We loved the pool and tub. Free bath bomb. Great breakfast. We usually ate brunch until 11am and was really full. They have a variety of fruit shakes as well. Very good location also, in front of Kuta beach and near a shopping mall. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

The hotel decorated the bed and gave us a cake as an event for our honeymoon, and it was really delicious.

The hotel was recently remodeled, so it was bright and tidy! (It was unfortunate that only the shower was very old instead)
The staff are very, very friendly, and the breakfast and dinner restaurants are so delicious and good.
It was raining and it was annoying to go out, so I went to a hotel massage, but it was 650,000 rupiah an hour. It was expensive because it was a hotel massage, but it was clean and very satisfying.
But here, the friendliness of the staff is the best!

Hotel yang bersih dan nyaman. Kemarin menginap di kamar deluxe pool view, kamar langsung menghadap kolam renang protokol kesehatan di lingkungan hotel terjaga baik, mereka juga memberikan sanitizing kit untuk tamu hotel seperti masker, hand sanitizer, dan tissue basah. Rasa sarapan enak. Yang paling memuaskan adalah pelayanan hotel yang sangat ramah dan sigap. Mulai dari petugas bellboy, resepsionis, room service, restaurant, semua sangat baik dan ramah sangat recommend buat yang mencari hotel di pinggir pantai kuta

Hotelnya luas bersih dan wangi namun untuk buffe Acara di hall cukup standart perlu adanya rasa yang lebih baik lagi karena ekspektasi yang tinggi untuk hotel bintang 5

Hotel dengan pesona tersendiri ini terletak di ujung jl. Pantai Kuta, hotel yang tergolong legend dan telah banyak menjadi saksi perhelatan dunia di Bali.

The hotel is convenience for me. From check in to check out, their service is very good. The lobby toilet is unique. The room and the bath (outside the room) is interesting interior design. I will stay again…

Hotel dengan fasilitas lengkap. Kamar deluxe dengan bathtub dibalkon sungguh menarik sambil melihat kekolam renang yang besar

Staffnya ramah dan sabar, makanannya lumayan enak, mungkin lebih baik lagi jika variasi menu breakfastnya ditambah. Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Sayang sekali pertokoan di depan hotel tutup semua.

Totally five star Hotel. I took the pool day pass. Its very good. Big pool, nice food. They have a very big restroom and shower room. Take a quick look at their room. Quite big and you got a bathtub on the outside for a pool facing room. Located facing the Kuta Beach. Near beachwalk. Will consider to stay here next time. But totally reccomended their pool day pass.
