St Regis Bali Review

From the moment I stepped into the St. Regis Bali, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, especially Darma Puspita at the Dulang restaurant and Sudana at the gourmet restaurant, provided excellent service. Sudana's attentiveness and skill in preparing a delightful coffee while I worked were particularly impressive.

The butler service was a highlight of my stay. Tin, Ms. Ayun, and Mr. Agus were outstanding in their roles, offering efficient and polite service that ranged from organizing pillows to ironing clothes and cleaning the room, adding a luxurious touch to my stay.

The gym facilities were top-notch, complemented by delicious protein shakes and friendly staff, including Gita, who made my gym experience enjoyable. The spa, sauna, and steam room were fantastic, contributing to an overall sense of wellness.

Breakfast at the St. Regis Bali was a culinary journey. The steak and eggs accompanied by fresh lobster were extraordinary. Awan, along with the entire breakfast team, was well-trained and professional, making it a memorable meal.

The dining options at the hotel were fantastic and reasonably priced. The butler service, bringing freshly baked cookies and chamomile tea nightly, showcased their attention to detail.

In summary, my stay at the St. Regis Bali was outstanding. The hotel is a standout in Bali, providing a great environment for getting work done. The staff, particularly at the restaurants, is the reason I'll be coming back repeatedly. The St. Regis Bali is not just one of the best properties globally for its facilities but also for its exceptional staff and service. I already miss a lot about it and highly recommend it.

Went for Buffet all you can eat lunch. We took a 75 aud package per person that included 1 hour of pre lunch unlimited drinks from a limited menu, followed by 3 hours of unlimited food and soft drink.
The resort is amazingly beautiful, the dining area was immaculate, and the food variety was exceptional.
The service was unbeatable, and I highly recommend the experience. I have to stay here one day. We chose the St. Regis one the Mulia as there Buffet lunch and dinner is limited to the Cafe.

This is a great place, really, but as in most places they just smile and agree with you even when you say negative things, because they don’t understand what you mean. ‘I’m going to write a bad review’, ‘certainly, of course, thank you very much’. So the staff is polite but useless. I planned my day going at Nusa Dua beach and booked for the restaurant for dinner. ‘Of course you can use our beach beds and have cocktails before your dinner! ’ ‘Of course you can use our shower before dinner’. Well, this was phone call only. In the real life, I was asked for my room number and said it was for guests only. I said there was absolutely no one and Id pay for the bed, but no way. I asked for the hotel bar, guests only (I reminded that I was a restaurant guest and that I’d be a good customer). It’s when they took me in the empty restaurant, being clueless about what to do with me, and asked all of the sudden if I wanted to go to the lobby. It was 2pm, the weather was nice, I had booked outside, of course no, I wanted to see the sea. I finally found a public beach where people were happy to take my orders and for way less money. I came back to a lot of empty seabeds and empty bar as I expected, sat on a rock waiting to be attended, and except the bar/beach waiters, everyone was adorable and the dinner was delicious,

St. Regis' friendliness and service to children is impeccable.
However, the maintenance of facilities and hygiene issues need to be strengthened.
Regis in Bali, very satisfied most of the time.
Just a few small suggestions as follows:
1.
The toilet requires a long press to complete the flush, and it often takes two to flush the filth away. Consider getting a new toilet.
2.
The body wash bottle in the villa loses its elasticity when pressed, and it is very difficult to squeeze out the cleanser.
3.
The pool tiles and steps are broken and require more frequent maintenance to avoid injury to residents.
4.
The wooden floor can be considered to be completely replaced without iron nails, so as to avoid the protruding iron nails and causing injuries (I personally have been stabbed by iron nails three times. Fortunately, I walked slowly and was not injured)
5.
Next to the beach bar, connecting Kayaputi and the bar, the wooden floor next to the wooden bridge can be considered to be replaced with non-slip material. I almost stalled and slipped twice there.
6.
The water in the salt water lagoon needs to be replaced frequently. This time and four years ago, the water has become dirty.
And a lot of fallen tiles can be seen in the water. The child played underwater rolling twice in the swimming pool, and developed middle ear infections such as otitis media and plug infection the next day. He could not open his mouth, and there was swelling on the left side of his face near the chin and neck. Fortunately, St. Physician consultation (9: 00-18: 00 every day).
After seeing the expensive doctor, I took the medicine for two days and got better.
Staying at St. Regis this time, in addition to the excessive noise of the wedding, and the sound of tidying up in the middle of the night after the ceremony, it affects sleep and rest. The overall experience is great.
It is highly recommended for those who are in love or couples to go, it is very private, and you don't have to go out at all.

One of the most beautiful hotel have seen around the world. Service is outstanding and particularly the staff at the breakfast has been amazing. The beach, villas and pools great. A very good value for money. Highly recommended!

Maldives in Bali! The Resort is so stunning moreover if you are stay in Strand Villa. The ambiance and the view directly toward to the ocean view and you have a free-private access to the beach just a step away from your villa. Besides, the elegance architecture from the Swimming pool enhance the luxury touch of this resort.

The hotel is perfect. Great location and facilities. And the service level is beyond expectations. More than luxary. Thank you. The only problem is the sea full of corals that made evening swimming (low tide) difficult. Nethertheless the great Lagoon swiming pool could it compensate. Our villa had the exit towards the Lagoon so it was a pleasure to swim after sunset.

So wonderful and beautiful property, Love to know this place. On this hotel is available for beach villa. The place itself is so cleaned, warm, friendly staff. This hotel located at Sawangan, Before the mulia bali, and next to Bubu Seafood and Chinese restaurant Nusa dua.

This place is fantastic. We stayed here for over a week thanks to SPG points and it was the most relaxing and luxurious time. The team here is so thoughtful - there is nothing they have not thought of to make your stay 100%. And if you are not staying here, the beach is still worth a visit - the chairs/beds are extremely comfortable and the pool is amazing. The swim up bar is expensive but when in Rome?

Beautiful hotel with private beach access and an amazing spa! We tried a fine dining experience at Kayuputi were satisfied! The staff and butler service was over the top.

On of the finest hotel i have ever been. The staff are wonderful, nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the festivities are great. The room is specious and clean. I do recommend it.

Without a doubt, it's one of the top 3 best hotels in Bali! Food, rooms, service, scenery and comfort are world class! Value for money considering the fantastic experience.

An absolutely fantastic property! The grounds and rooms are stunning. There is so much attention to detail. Nothing is overlooked. The service and hospitality is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The food and drinks were very good and fairly priced for such a high end resort. If you are planning to spend time at the beach in Bali, it should be at the St. Regis.

Always love this hotel, very nice Bali feel hotel, spacious open area, soft sandy beach, breakfast is perfect with lot of choice and tasty local dishes and western food, the room and villa is nice and in good condition, clean and well setting, i think it’s the best hotel in Bali

Awesome hotel! I've been there for afternoon tea and Champagne brunch. Outstanding service, exquisite delicacy.
