5 star hotel.with very good beach club.good arrangements of the suite room.the water makes not 5 star rating for me.but overall good

Hotelnya dan kamarnya keren pokoknya the best lah.
Tapi, pada saat saya check-in jam 4 sore saya disuruh receptionist untuk menunggu bellboy di bawah. Namun setelah saya menunggu kurang lebih 10 menit petugas bellboy tidak kunjung datang dan tidak ada yg stdby alhasil saya membawa barang2 ke kamar sendiri.
Overall mohon untuk ditingkatkan lagi

Menginap di kamar yang pool Acces. Kamar Nyaman, Luas, ada Kitchen, Kolam Renang Besar, Sayang agak Kotor. Air Kolam Renang - Hangat.

Negatif: Dengan harga mahal, Bintang 5
- Lantai Kotor
- Teras Balkon - Kotor, Jadi Saat dari balkon mau ke Kamar - Kaki Kotor. (Harus Minta Keset handuk tambahan - karena tidak disediakan).
- Hari Ke 2 Saat menginap: Pembersihan kurang, Tidak di tambah tisue, Karpet tidak di vacum.
- Dengan Harga yg mahal - Bintang 5 - Menu sarapan Kurang Banyak. Selai Kacang sangat Asin.
- Area di ClubHouse - Tempat duduk dekat pantai tidak terawat. Kotor. Mau Duduk dekat pantai jd ngga bisa.

What a beautiful resort. It was everything we wanted and more! The pools, the rooms, the beach, the restaurants, the food and the staff were amazing! Especially Vina and Demmy, they catered to our every need! It was truly a holiday that we'll never forget. Thank you for the memories we'll treasure them forever

The Sakala resort is amazing! It’s a little older but still in great condition and maintained well! The food on the first night at the Pool bar restaurant was also incredible, thanks chef! *But the best part of all has been our experience at the lagoon pool with Bagus! He looked after us for 2 days straight and he made us the best cocktails we’ve ever had! Bagus is extremely friendly, great English which meant great conversation while hanging around the pool bar! Thank u Gus (Bagus) for looking after us and making our stay in Bali the best yet! Ur our number 1 mate in Bali and we are forever greatful Thank u again Bagus and Sakala Resort. From ur Aussie mates, Kayla and Mitch.

Really doesn’t feel like a five star hotel. We were given a room in the basement, the air conditioner wasn’t working, the water pressure was weak, there were so many insects and mosquitoes. To top it off, the service was non-existent, we asked for an in-room dining menu, which was not provided to us even after an hour. Not a pleasant experience especially with the price that we paid. The Spa was even worst. No proper pressure and even the spa therapist was not in the mood to work.

From the day we arrived to our lastnight. Novia, Ari and Eka were extremely amazing!
To everyone who made our family vacation a memorable one. We just want to say thankyou. First time in Bali, Sakala Resort is the place to be! Dewa, Dwiki, Vina, Koming and Demmy thankyou so much! Our little Denzel had a great time here!

Kami menginap dari tgl 16 september sd tgl 22 di kamar 109 (compliment dari hotel) utk kami, walaupun di basement tapi cukup nyaman. Yg penting, panitia dan peserta mendapat kamar yg bukan di basement.

Kami membawa grup meeting dari Goverment yg mengundang tamu2 VIP dari negara2 tetangga sangat cukup puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan dari pihak Hotel Sakala.

Terimakasih atas kerjasamanya yg baik dari pihak hotel: Owner (JS), GM (Rio), Marketing (Lia, Chandra dan Mella) serta FO (Aji, Irfan dan Eva) dan tak lupa dengan tokoh Gatot Kacanya yaitu pak Made Suyana serta Cheff utk menu masakannya yg mewah dan enak. Juga kepada seluruh karyawan yg cukup membantu kami termasuk mas Adi enggineering dll yg tidak dapat kita sebutkan satu persatu.

Ballroomnya cukup besar, sehingga bisa memuat peserta meeting yg berjumlah 500 orang lebih.

Semoga Hotel Sakala tetap berkibar dan semakin megah dan bagus serta kuat kokoh dan cantik.

Semoga kita bisa bertemu kembali di even2 selanjutnya.

Pretty good resort. Almost like a 5-star resort, but a little rougher around the edges in some ways. Staff are mostly friendly. Pools and facilities are pretty good too, and rooms are a good size. Location is relatively quiet near the end of a peninsula, not that many shops nearby, and can't swim at closest beach, need to shuttle to another one.

Very modern, stylish resort, stayed at a room with direct access to swimming pool from the room was a great experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful which makes our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended to all tourist!

One of the best hotel if you decide to stay at Benoa Bay area, Bali. Room is spacious and modern. Breakfast is great. You have lot of option. They also have beach club. You just need to cross the road. Everything is easily accessed.

Resort with good facilities BUT very poor staff quality service. Staff definitely need more proper training or hire quality ones (front office and operator are both inefficient with poor english, room not properly cleaned). Better options with same price in area.

I usually don't rate a hotel, but this hotel was so exceptional that I had to. I'll try to keep this short. My boyfriend and I booked this place because it has its own beach, and we wanted a place quiet, away from the party scene.

The pictures do not do it justice. We booked it on an off season and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a view of the pool. Their suite is the nicest I've ever stayed in. Beautiful design. Large bath tub. Comfortable King bed!

Their staff was also very nice. We had no problems communicating with them. I would definitely recommend anybody to this hotel.

Resort favorit di Nusa Dua, kamar nya besar dan sangat lengkap. Pelayanan juga sangat baik. Ditambah kemarin dapat free upgrade kamar, sangat MANTAP sekaliii. Kolam renangnya sangat besar dan puas sekali, ditambah kolam renang kecil yang dekat dengan laut nya membuat Sakala menjadi resort yang disuka anak2. Breakfast juga sangat beragam dan bervariasi, sangat mantap bahkan bisa pesan Hot Chocolate atau Cafe Latte free juga. Very highly recommended.

The hotel is kind a new, the location is kind a strategic is kind a strategis. The staff need more training to be hellfull and friendly. The front pool and back pool need more regular cleaning. The front door in my room was broken several times so i have to try several times to enter my room and to close my room, both of my sliding door inside the room was broken. The toilet and the shower area is kind a dirty. The room is kind a stink. They need to do a better cleaning job and better maintenance for this hotel. When you take a shower, it feels like you’re taking a shower with salt water. The only great things about this hotel is the size of the room, the mattress bed and the back pool is big.

We expected a 5 stars experience because we've been to 5 stars hotel and resorts before so we want the kids to have the same experiences, BUT we were disappointed for some small but quite important items. Nice interior, great bed quality (not complaining for this one, slept well). However, they dont provide hand towel (u need to request), they do have a bath tub but they provide the soap shampoo, soap, etc in the shower attached to the wall and it's like 1,5m to grab it from a bath. So we used cup and saucer to grab l those essentials to the bath tub because they dont provide them in small bottles around the bath. They dont have bath foam or soap bar which a little bit ridiculous when u provide a bath tub. We got this room in a basement please dont get this one unless you're okay with rooms without windows. Get a better one if u have more budget. It smells like damp towel. No air circulation cos the terrace roof covered with fiber on the top. Too bad my husband already booked and it cannot be refunded. Mini bar is upon request. Have an ironing board without an iron. Anyway, the swimming pool is nice, breakfast selection is great. Just the amenities in the room.

Favourite Hotel in Bali, The room so wide and cozy, kolam renangnya besar banget, Private Beachnya juga bagus dan keren, semua pegawainya ramah dan Breakfastnya enak dan banyak varian menu nya.

√ Tidy, Simple Colours & Modern Style Building,
√ Swimming Pool is OK,
√ Foods & Beverages is Enough,
√ Gardening is Fresh & good landscape.
