They really do try to cater to any needs that we had.
The breakfast crew remembered our preference.
The pool crew were very very attentive

Breakfast selections were on the smaller side, but the quality is definitely superior.

We recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton.
My God! We were treated like family. All the staff were warm, friendly and respectful. Especially, in the breakfast dining, chef Adi was very kind and packed us our son's favourite fruit on the day we flew. We truly felt like second home! And will always come back. The place has given beautiful memories

It was my second visit and it was just as good!
These are the conditions for the resort we are looking for.

1. Swimming all day (Lagoon Suite)
2. There are not many Koreans
3. Quiet
4. Staff are friendly
It was a resort that met all these conditions.

Maybe you don't want to swim day or night
A lot of people like things
Young (?) taste
Or, people who come to Bali to enjoy clubs and various activities may not be the right resort for you.
Especially if you plan to walk around downtown Bali or enjoy activities (surfing, water sports, etc.).
(But if that were the case, I wouldn’t really come to Nusa Dua.)

Because my husband and I just needed a break.
It was a very appropriate resort!

We prefer a culture where even strangers ask how they are when we make eye contact. So, the staff here always asked me if I needed anything and the small talk was fun, so I felt good every day. In particular, since we were only planning to stay at this resort, we went out to the main pool every day to swim and play, and the staff were very friendly.
Actually, the staff here are all very friendly.

There were only three things that were disappointing.
One is not being able to use the club lounge!
They said it was closed after the coronavirus, so please do it again.

The spa here is quite expensive compared to the spas outside.
Of course, the massage was the best, but the Hydrovita pool wasn't as good as its reputation. It felt like it wasn't maintained well. It was nice to get a massage and feel warm, but I didn't want to get a massage in cold water.
Lastly, the buggy service is excellent, but people with long legs or a large body may scratch their knees on the screws in front. (My husband got scratched twice and saw blood haha) So I hope it's at least taped for safety!

Anyway, I will go here again when I go to Bali.
Definitely coming back.
Even if it wasn't Bali, the resort itself is really to our taste.
(If there are too many people here, I won't go, but.
So it’s good to go in the off-season!)

We visited here four years ago, before COVID-19. It was a vacation then, but this time I could enjoy the resort with honey moon. I was able to receive the hospitality of many employees, and especially I was able to have a very happy time because I could see the relationships I made four years ago again.
If you are looking for a quiet place and friendly staff along with the beauty of the resort, this resort will be the right place. Especially, the staff at Mainpool are very kind and thoughtful. I would like to thank all the staff for their service.
It was an honor to visit again. Also, if I go to Bali, I will visit this resort of course.
I really want to go again within 4 years this time. I look forward to seeing you again.

The kids club where you can leave your children is wonderful and I can recommend it to all families. However, restaurants are always expensive, so you need to be creative. The sandy beach is also incredibly beautiful.

Been in Ritz Bali 4 times within 1 year — and it’s just the best hotel in Nusa Dua area

Especially want to mention employees from the beach area, they always make our rest very special

And many thanks to the valet parking guys, they cleaned our car windows without even being asked for it

The Beach Grill resto is always on the top, especially their dinner menu

Huge gluten free selection for the breakfast!

However reservation department and front desk sometimes messed up the impression by some mistakes and slow check in organization so there is some room for improvement

Stayed at this resort for a few nights back in Ocotober 2022 with my wife during 1 year late honeymoon tour of Bali due to covid.

10/10 in every area.

The service, hospitality, atmosphere, food, views and spa were all amazing.

Like almost everywhere in Bali were very attentive and ready to provide the best service and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

The room was amazing and very spacious with a large balcony. Housekeeping had decorated it and left some cake for us as we had mentioned it was our honeymoon and then again in our wedding anniversary day which we spent while at the hotel.

It is a large resort, but we got around it very easily with the 24 hours buggy service.

4/5 different restraunts spread around, all with different cuisines and variety of different dishes. We had ate at all of them atleast once and loved each one.

We had a romantic beach dinner booked for our last night. Which unfortunately got washed out due to very heavy rain fall just hours before the dinner.

I took me drone with me and was able get some really nice shots of the resort and the surrounding views.

1 con about my stay was the service at the pool/beach area needs improving. They should be alert when guests are requiring service and the complimentary snacks they give out need to be handed out more stragtifcally to ensure they are not starting from the same point each time, especially as they do not come out with enough for everyone each time. I was disappointed to not have got any snacks while out at the pool any of the days I was there.

Good resort with friendly staff. But Platinum benefits don’t apply here. Bed sheets are not very clean.

The hotel is very big and the hotel room is also very good, the staff members over there are very honest and helpful, they are also always bringing a smile in everything that they do and they will entertain you. To me the Swimming pool is the best as it is near the beach, and if you r lucky, you will get to see the camels, the hotel room is also clean but the toilet. Other than that it is all very clean, but the balcony has mosquitoes? The cons of the hotel is that u would need to walk very far and is very confusing. Overall it is very good

This is the beginning of our second annual stay at the Ritz Carlton! We enjoyed the people last year, and decided to return this year. Wonderful team!

It's one of the luxury hotels in Bali.
The atmosphere was good.
The room is spacious. Also the bathroom.
The food was good taste.

Here for a wedding. Very great place as a high class hotel. Hotel area is very large you need a buggy to go to your room. Had a nice fine dining in the wedding reception and they are perfect.

I visited The Ritz-Carlton, Bali twice. At the first time they provided good services and comfortable atmosphere. Then I went to there at the second time. But unfortunately their service quality was getting worse. Especialy luggage service was so poor. I asked staffs to pick up our luggage several times. But nobody came although we waited over thirty minutes.
Can you believe that this service was provided by Ritz-Carlton?

Great hotel for business & leisure, in private or public ocassion, & for personal, group, or family.

Huge resort and the places is so luxury. Buggy so responsive and the services is still the best. Every ground room has own swming pool. The beaches is perfect. Breakfast is perfect too. And it located at a hill towards the sea. View is amazing and chapel is so beautifull

1) Beautiful hotel, with the lobby perched on a cliff, so lobby has an amazing view overlooking the rest of the resort.

2) Stayed in the suite with pool access. Rooms were comfortable, but felt that the towels were a tad old. There were lots of mosquitoes, so felt that balcony doors fitted with mosquito nets might have been useful.

3) Ritz Kids club which had activities for kids which was helpful!

4) drawback: there were two restaurants that open for lunch, and they had no air conditioning (compared to other hotels nearby). Breakfast at Senses was also mediocre, and food at the Lounge was laughable.

Absolute luxury, the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to look after us. The rooms and facilities are fabulous.

Best hotel in Bali. I think the atmosphere is the best for retreats. The food is one of the best for international food. We have 2 nights in room with pool access. We live our daughter. She like much to stay to the kids club.
