The Radiant Hotel & Spa

Lokasi berliku-liku, tp nyaman krn sepi. Cuman jalan aksesnya aja yg agak spooky krn ngga ada lampu. Room standard aja, pelayanan juga std aja. Tapi msh OK lah.

The "Radiant" Hotel and "Spa" might have been a nice place according to all the flashy pictures of Breakfast Buffets, Spa, Restaurant etc.but sadly non of it exists anymore or at least at the moment.

There is no SPA (closed).
There is no Restaurant (closed).
And there is no Breakfast Buffet or anything else of those pictures.
You see many damages in the hallways and rooms, the place is all in all not in great condition.

You get a standard breakfast (which was OK) in your room - and you can eat it on the bed since there is nor even a desk that you can eat on properly.

The driver that we ordered at the reception the day before was 20 minutes late - better Calculate that in if you want to be at the airport on time.

On the positive side: The beds are comfy and the pool was in working order when I was here.

As a cheap Bed & Breakfast near the airport it is ok, but luring people in with all those old pictures is dishonest in my opinion. Especially when they still advertise having those things in the booking platforms and showing pictures that do not at all resemble what you get.

Great place to stay before flight home. Overall looks a little rundown. Comfy bed though. Staff very nice.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk keluarga. Tempat yang aman untuk sekedar transit atau melepas lelah. Jaraknya sangat dekat dengan Bandara.

This hotel's transit room was anything BUT radiant. Wow it was an actual dump! There was mould all over the walls and on the bathroom ceiling. The bed sheets were dirty so I slept on top of the duvet. To think I had initially planned to spend a few days here!

I found this hotel on agoda and saw they had an 8 hour transit room available. It was 6am when I got there (due to a late flight and wasting time at another hotel) but I hadn't booked as Agoda would only allow me to book for that evening so I wanted to check that they had availability first. The man at reception was on the phone but when he noticed me he said "yes? ". I asked if he had any transit rooms available and he said no so I patiently waited for him to finish to discuss it with him. When he was off the phone I explained my issue with booking on agoda to which he replied "Oh you can book online? Ok do that".

? But you just told me you have no availlability! The only reason I asked was so I didn't book the wrong thing. All this back n forth lasted 20 minutes when he finally gave me the key. Yet even though the room was for 8 hours, he told me that check out was at 12.00pm - 7 hours and 40 minutes less than what I paid for. Now I know the room was cheap, but if they're cheating all of their customers out of a few minutes here and there, it's akin to theft!

I took pictures of the mould and the general disrepair of the "radiant" building, however my phone was stolen a few days later and I unfortunately no longer have access.

Suasana hotel yang bagus dan sangat dekat dari bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Kebanyakan tamu yang menginap adalah tamu yang transit. Tapi untuk menjangkau hotel ini harus masuk ke jalan-jalan kecil dan letaknya di tengah pemukiman masyarakat. Lebih cocok untuk tamu dengan waktu menginap yang singkat.

Absolutely worth it, had a really nice stay there. The best about this hotel is they provide us with the free airport pickup service, the greatest thing about the airport pick up is they are willing to pick you up even if your flight is in the early morning. Good service and clean room for stay. The hotel location only about 10 minutes to the airport.

Budget hotel at best. Not to say it was bad, just what you pay for. This place is very close to airport so helps a lot when it's a single night stay. Staff is courteous. Rooms not special, basic but functional.

Pelayanan ramah. Ada antar jemput bandara juga. Kamar bersih wangi bali banget deh heheh. Makanan lumayan enak. Pesan by travelloka. Dan sesuai pesanan. Pokoe thx travelloka. Thx radiant and spa hotel.

A very nice beautiful hotel resort in Bali. Budget price but 5 Stars facilities. Room is huge, clean, modern, breakfast has an average selections of food, airport transfer pickup is free, very friendly staffs and very helpful. Nice garden view, plenty of greenery, surrounding hotel is very clean, nicely decorated landscape, surrounded by houses, quite a long walking distance to shops or restaurant, beautiful hotel resort with full facilities and will definitely be back with family members.

Good for a one night stay over. Cheap comfortable clean rooms. Good if people closed doors nicely without slamming them.

Not good rooms as old ones and smelly and noise only good about is tht it's best to airport and low rate so

Layanan cukup bagus kamar terliat tua karena emang dasarnya bangunan dah lama cat hotel dah banyak yg lapuk dan kurang terawat

The rooms were smelly, the linens seemed really old, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the whole hotel. The breakfast was inedible. The only redeeming part was that the hotel is near to the airport and they provide drop service till 12am.

Not worth for money and hot water not available, taps are not good, rooms they clean it but old building.

Friendly staff. But that's the only positive thing i can say about this place. Room was okay, yellow stanes on the ceiling. Weird animal noises, (scratching,) from inside the suspended ceiling. We had full board. The restaurant food was bad.so much garlic. It was a set menu of a soup, a main and a dessert. It wasn't possible to change any of the 3 dishes. The food wasn't fresh at all. But still it could easily take up to 1 hour before we got served.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool and spa. Room was clean and it had warm water. Excellent stay when you arrive from the airport!

Staff were friendly but the bathroom was rubbish. The shower leaks all over the floor and when we had a leaking toilet, we asked for the problem to be addressed but no response. Dirty sheets and towels. When we asked them to book a tour for us we got messed around and ripped off. Would not recommend since there is plenty of better options in Bali.
