It was okay and the facilities inside were clean. However, check the time carefully when entering and exiting.

The place is juz perfect! Amazing, great ambience n impeccable!

We came in group, tried different type of massage.honestly, this is one of the best i had. My masseuse (Cherrie) really hit every single spot and tight knots that other places usually miss. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated.

Room is very cozy, smell good & clean.makes u feel so relax!

Price is reasonable, Definitely worth every single cent!

My sister, mother and I decided to treat ourselves to a facial on our last day in Bali.
The facial it's self was okay, they told us they would be back in "15minutes" while we had a mask on. We all agreeded they were gone longer than the time mentioned. Before my mother facial started we asked if they could also do a black head extraction which they agreed they could do, but didn't.
Also double check which salon you book into as they have two owned by the same person in the Seminyak area but one charges more as "it's a bigger shop. " We were all charged an extra $10 AUD because of this.

Do yourself a favour and stay away. The worst pedi and Mani I’ve ever had, therapist did not know how to shape nails, no idea how to clean underneath nails, and to top it off the nail polish was applied thick in blobs and now does not dry, hence it looks disgusting. Absolutely waste of money that I’ll need to get someone to fix! When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to manager they still charged me full price… smiled and said have a nice day. As I said do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth.

Sudah melihat beberapa spa. Hanya tempat ini saya tertarik. Dan pertama kali saya melakukan treatment mesencg dengan bgitu Nyaman. Menurut saya tempat ini sangat bagus lah buat treatment. Staf nya yang begitu ramah dan baik. Kenyamanan dalam treatment yang terutama. Dan di tempat ini lah saya merasakan kenyaman yang sangat bagus. Dan tempat nya juga dekat dengan pantai. Ketika saya ke pantai saya singgah treatment dengan staf yang begitu ramah. Saya harap besok saya akan kesini lagi.

Always our go-to massage place when we’re in the area. Very reasonable prices, good service, and has a nice shower area with couple bathtubs if you go for the package with bath. We always do the pedicure and massage.

Already book appointment from a day before, request certain Therapist that I know for a long time—-they said yes confirmed from WhatsApp application. When I arrived on the day of appointment, the receptionist looked confused and denied there was a booking under my name. I showed her my conversation and confirmation through WA, then she said it wasn’t booked for another person didn’t put it on calendar. If i want my therapist, I need wait another hour. What a service! I booked a day before for certain time because thats my inly availability, and now have to wait another hour fir nothing? I left. Please do your service kindly to customer!

Worst spa ever! Dont come! Did a manicure here and the staff cut my finger until bleed so badly! Very unprofessional! The staff is not trained to do manicure at all! I also did the green tea facial and at the end of the facial my eyeliner is still on my face? Which means they didn't even clean my face properly? Really very bad experience here

Staff did not seem very experienced.
30min services seemed to be too rush for the staff, and their anxiousness rubbed off on me during the massage.
The body scrub is too cold and was not a good experience.
Price was around 500K~ for 2hr worth of services

My partner and I got our first ever couples massage here and it was amazing. We’ve since had many more massages so I feel like I can accurately review that this was the best! The environment was very clean and professional. You can definitely find cheaper, but we felt for the extra few dollars the value of the relaxing clean, environment was definitely worth it to us. Be careful after your treatment and plan to shower, as you do use quite a bit of oil, which although is normal, has us a little worried about our skin in the hot Sun later that day.

This place is amazing! If you’re in Seminyak do yourself a favour and go!
After a long day of walking up the streets shopping, your body will love you!

Both places they have are busy, make sure you book ahead of you’re not wanting to wait too long.

Firstly the positives: The Organic Spa is a beautiful place, gorgeous garden at the front with lovely interiors and staff. I went for a full body massage with my partner in a double treatment room and he said the actual massage was good. BUT my masseuse was very clearly either in training or not trained at all and making it up as she went along. A lovely person, but at one point it actually felt like she was trying to pull my head off! Throughout the entire treatment my partner's therapist was whispering instructions to my therapist which was obviously a big distraction for both of us. And even if that wasn't the case, the atmosphere was disturbed by other people coming in for other treatments and talking loudly outside where we were. The spa has lots of potential and I imagine if you got the right masseuse you could have a lovely experience here, but I strongly wouldn't recommend coming here for 2 people.

Awesome foot massage, good amount of pressure and attention to all areas of the legs. Pedicure was so so, wish they had not rushed through it.
Food ambience, but the open concept makes it a bit noisy at times.

My sister and I came in for a Biokos facial as well as Mani/pedi. From time you walk through front door, you're treated as special. The facial was just divine. Beds big enough for all sizes
The pedi is much nicer here without sticking your feet in baths. They are on lovely lounge beds, with a pillow log under your knees & a bowl is used. Absolutely fabulous! The staff are just lovely and make the overall experience something I know I'll be coming back for
